Tag 3 - 05.09.2023 Ein Teil der Gruppe, der ich mich gestern angeschlossen habe, macht einen Tag Pause, um sich Pamplona ein wenig anzusehen. In den Morgenstunden begleiten wir die Beiden, die weitergehen müssen, bis ans Ende der Stadt. Wir haben nur zwei Tage miteinander verbracht und dennoch, fällt mir dieser Abschied schwer. Viele Fragen gehen mir durch den Kopf. Ob wir uns wohl je wiedersehen? Ob wir alle das Ziel, das wir uns gesetzt haben, auch erreichen werden? - Wir Verbliebenen stehen noch eine Weile da und schauen den Anderen hinterher, bis sie hinter einer Brücke verschwunden sind, ehe wir umkehren und uns für den Tag trennen. Ich schlendere ein wenig durch die Stadt, mache Yoga im Park und setze mich schlussendlich mit einem Buch an den Bach und genieße die Ruhe. Abends sitzen wir alle gemeinsam vor der Herberge zusammen. Ein Straßenmusiker sitzt unweit von uns und irgendwie überkommt mich die Lust Gitarre zu spielen und zu singen. Ich spreche ihn an und bitte darum, mir eine seiner Gitarren ausleihen zu dürfen. Und so sitze ich an Tag 3 meiner Reise, singend und Gitarre spielend in Spanien, vor einer Herberge und es kümmert mich nicht im geringsten, dass da Menschen um mich sind. Einer dieser Caminomomente, in denen man einfach mal über sich hinauswächst. Tag 2 - 04.09.2019 - Das Kloster am Fuße der Pyrenäen war gestern bei meiner Ankunft bereits #todocompleto - voll ausgebucht. Ich wollte weitergehen, allerdings war die Dämmerung bereits eingebrochen und die Info drang durch, dass in den nachfolgenden Ortschaften die Herbergssituation nicht besser sei. Zudem plagte mich der Hunger, außer einem Keks und einem Müsliriegel hatte ich noch nichts gegessen. Mit dem Taxi und einer Gruppe bestehend aus 4 Männern unterschiedlichster Nationen, ging es also zum nächsten Campingplatz. Wo wir uns eine kleine Hütte teilen konnten. - Ein holpriger Start auf dieser Reise, aber diese Gruppe, soll mich noch eine ganze Weile begleiten. -- Weite Teile der heutigen Etappe gehen wir alle gemeinsam. Es ist eine fröhliche, entspannte Stimmung. Immer wieder begegnen wir anderen Pilgern, die uns freudig mit #buencamino ("Guten Weg") begrüßen. Ein Gruß, den wir ebenso freudig erwidern. Der heutige Tag ist nicht besonders ereignisreich. Ich bin noch nicht richtig angekommen. Meine Gedanken kreisen noch um das Leben, das ich zurückgelassen habe. Vor genau vier Jahren ging ich meine ersten bewussten Schritte auf dem #Jakobsweg. Der #caminofrances sollte es sein. Morgens verlasse ich als erste die Herberge. Ich möchte die ersten Stunden alleine genießen. Es liegen 27 km vor mir. Einmal über die #pyrenäen. Kennt ihr den Film "the way"? - in dem der Protagonist erst mal in die falsche Richtung läuft? Genau das war ich! Ich weiß nicht, wie lange ich durch die Straßen irrte, aber das mit, erstmal alleine sein, hat sich erledigt. Andere Pilger machen sich inzwischen auch auf den Weg. Der Aufstieg ist hart, ich bin nicht sonderlich fit und die 14 Kilo auf meinem Rücken, machen das Ganze nicht wirklich leichter, aber wie das so ist mit den Aufstiegen, man wird oben immer für die Anstrengung belohnt! Ich bin nervös, aber die ängstliche Nervosität, was alles passieren könnte, schlägt schnell in freudige Nervosität um. Die vergangenen Monate haben mir einiges abverlangt. Die psychische Verfassung mit der ich mich auf den Weg mache, ist alles andere als gut. Aber bereits heute lege ich ein wenig von meinem Ballast ab. Bei Maria oben auf dem Gipfel, lege ich etwas nieder. Eine Erinnerung. Eine Hoffnung, die mich lange gequält hat. Ich habe nie wieder zurück gedacht. Die Magie des Weges. Hier habe ich sie zum ersten Mal ganz deutlich gespürt. Bereits heute habe ich die ersten Begegnungen, die mein Leben nachhaltig verändern sollen. Der Beginn einer Reise, die nicht nur mein ganzes Leben verändert hat, sondern vor allem auch meinen Blick auf die Welt und unsere Gesellschaft. Ein steiniger Weg, der am Ziel, nicht die erhoffte Erlösung bringt, aber den Samen dafür gesät hat. Letztlich kann realisiert werden, dass das Erreichen des Tages Ziels, Schritt für Schritt für das Erreichen des Ziels sorgt. 【El camino francés】 Day9_1 2019/4/30 Najera/ Grañon（29.2km） In the middle of the night, I got drenched in sweat and got up early. I changed my clothes and seemed to have a cold. I didn't feel like eating breakfast, but I forced myself to eat it. I departed late, but didn't take lots of time to arrive at Azofra. Took a break at the bar, and left immediately. The pain of my legs got worse, because I walked nearly 30km yesterday. I was about to shout when I found a long and steep hill. After climbing, I met Korean people and familiar faces again. I shared biscuits I had to everyone. After walking again, I soon arrived at the next village, Cirueña. As described in the guidebook, it was like a ghost town, and I passed immediately. Although I was so tired, I kept walking and looked back on my work and private life. It should be surrounded by beautiful scenery, but when I was thinking deeply about the past, I couldn't realize it. I looked back from when I was in college to then. It was long road that made me regret not taking a long break when I caught sight of it. I couldn't find my destination... When I looked at the sky, there was a so beautiful contrail. I burst into tears. 夜中、汗びっしょりになってしまい早めに起床。着替えるが風邪気味なよう。 朝ごはんを食べる気はしなかったが、無理矢理詰め込む。 出発が遅れてしまったが、快調に足を進めてAzofraに到着。 バルで休憩するがすぐに出発。 ここから足の痛みが強くなる。 坂道を見ると思わず尻込みしてしまう、昨日30km近く歩いたからか。 登りきったところで韓国人グループに再会、他にも顔馴染みのグループと再会した。持っていたビスケットを皆にお裾分けする。 再出発後、すぐに次の村Cirueñaに到着。 ゴルフ場隣接につきリゾート開発でできたニュータウンとのことだが、ガイドブックに記載がある通りゴーストタウンのようで人の気配を感じず、ささっと通り過ぎた。 体力がかなり削られていたが、仕事やプライベートのことを振り返りながら歩く。 きれいな風景に囲まれているはずなのに、過去を振り返っていると不思議なほど視界に入らない。 眩しく太陽が照りつけているのに気分はすごくブルー。 社会人になってからのこと、学生の頃まで順に遡り振り返る。 ふと気がつくと、長い休憩を取らなかったことを後悔するくらいの長い道。目的地が視界に入らない… 空を眺めると綺麗に伸びた飛行機雲が。すごく幻想的だった。 #day9 #caminodesantiago2019 #buencamino #frenchway #camino #caminodesantiago #caminodesantiagopics #backpacker #spain #hike #hiker #スペイン巡礼 #スペイン #カミーノ #カミーノデサンティアゴ #旅 #バックパッカー

【El camino francés】 Day8_3 2019/4/29 Logroño/ Najera（35.2km, 46,756 Steps） About 12 km from there, there was no resting spot until the destination. Although my heart was broken by the strong sunlight, I walked desperately and managed to arrive. Crossing the bridge and heading to an albergue on my left. It was before check-in time, so there was a queue. This albergue is made up of donations. While I was waiting, a New Zealander I met at a bar in the morning gave me a badge with the New Zealand flag, which I immediately attached to my guitar bag. Since the albergue was a one-story building, there were no stairs, which reassured me. Because going up and down stairs after walking more than 30km is really hard. In the kitchen, I met two Korean women and two Korean men, I thought they were the same age, and greeted each other. Before going to bed, a Korean couple who updated their blogs asked me about my tomorrow destination, and told me to recommend an albergue in a village called Grañon. The place is a little bit famous. All guests cooks and eats dinner together. I decided to walk more than 30km tomorrow to stay there. ここから約12km、休憩スポット無し。 強い日差しに心折れかけるが、必死に歩きてなんとか到着。 橋を渡り、左手に見えたアルベルゲへ。 チェックイン時間前だったため、順番待ちの列ができていた。 このアルベルゲは寄付で成り立っているとのことで、宿代はほぼタダで泊まれてしまうとのこと。 順番を待っていると朝にバルで出会ったニュージーランドの方にニュージーランド国旗の缶バッジをいただき、早速ギターカバンにつける。 アルベルゲは平屋建てのため階段がなく、地味に嬉しかった。 （30km以上歩いた後の足で階段を上り下りするのは本当にしんどい） 夕飯の食費は浮かせたかった、かつ量を欲していたので韓国人夫婦にスーパーの場所を教えてもらい買い出しへ。 鶏肉を焼き、トマトソースパスタとサラダを作る。 キッチンで同年代くらいの韓国人女性2人組、男性2人組にそれぞれ会い、挨拶する。 夕飯を食べていると、昨日出会った日本人女性から聞いていた日本人夫婦に会うことができた。 仕事を引退し夫婦で各国を旅しているとのことだった。 3月から世界を回り始め、カミーノはその旅のメインとのこと。 お二人とも逞しく、そしてお若かった。こんな風に歳を重ねたい。 ワインとサラダをシェアさせていただき、話が弾む。 寝る前、ブログを更新していた韓国人夫婦から明日の目的地について聞かれ、Grañonというところにあるアルベルゲをオススメしてもらう。 どうやらそこは寄付で成り立っており、夕飯をみんなで作って食べられるとのことで結構有名なところらしかった。 頑張って潜り込むべく、当初の計画より明日も30km以上歩くことを決意する。 #day8 #caminodesantiago2019 #camino #caminodesantiago #caminodesantiagopics #backpacker #spain #hike #hiker #スペイン巡礼 #スペイン #カミーノ #カミーノデサンティアゴ
【El camino francés】 Day8_2 2019/4/29 Logroño/ Najera（35.2km） When I was having breakfast at the bar, familiar faces entered one after another. And a New Zealander said “You are so young!!”, because I was walking around with a camera and a guitar. It was a too hot day and sunlight was so strong. I tried to motivate myself by listening to songs of Perfume (Japanese artist). On the way, I found many wooden crosses tied to fences. However I had known about it from reading a guidebook, I felt eerie. After a while, I arrived at the next town, Ventosa. To take a break and have lunch, I went to the bar at the entrance of the town. The icy cold cola disappeared in an instant!! One of the two Americans I met many times on the way wanted to play the guitar, so I handed it to him. As we were doing so, a Korean man who I familiar with had also arrived. The distance between the pilgrims and I was further shortened, and it was a good lunchtime. バルで朝食を済ませていると、見慣れた人たちが続々と入ってくる。 ニュージーランド人の方にカメラとギターを持って歩いていて若いなー、といじられる。 坂道を下り出発。 今までで1番気温が高く、日差しが強い。Perfumeを聴いて気分を上げる。 道中、ウワサに聞いてはいたが、木の十字架がフェンスにたくさん結びつけられているのを目撃し不気味だった。 しばらくして次の町、Ventosaに到着。 エネルギーチャージすべく、町の入り口のバルにて休憩&ランチ。 キンキンに冷えたコーラが一瞬でなくなり、追加でオレンジジュースをオーダー。 道中何度も顔を合わせていたアメリカ人2人組の1人がギターを弾きたいとのことでお渡しする。 そうこうしていると知り合いの韓国人のおじさまも到着していた。 巡礼者達との距離がさらに縮まり、良いランチタイムになった。 #day8 #caminodesantiago2019 #camino #caminodesantiago #caminodesantiagopics #backpacker #spain #perfume #スペイン巡礼 #スペイン #カミーノ #カミーノデサンティアゴ
【El camino francés】 Day8_1 2019/4/29 Logroño/ Najera（35.2km） I couldn't sleep well because I drank too much, so I woke up early that day. I had not prepared for my breakfast, so I left at the Albergue, but as soon as I went out to the street, I realized that I had left my sticks at the entrance of the albergue. The door seemed to be locked so I panicked a little bit, but the pilgrims inside quickly opened it for me. It took about 40 minutes to left Logroño, though I didn't lost my way. I found a large pond as I walked, and the locals were enjoying fishing. After a long walk, I arrived at a village called Navarrete and rushed to a bar to order breakfast. 飲みすぎたせいか熟睡できず、この日も早めに起床する。 朝ごはんの用意をしていなかったので準備を済ませて出発するが、通りに出てすぐに杖をアルベルゲの入り口に置いてきてしまったことに気づく。 扉は鍵がかかっていたようで焦ったが、中にいた巡礼者にすぐに開けてもらえた。 アルベルゲ（特に公営の）では門限を過ぎると鍵をかけられてしまうという基本的なルールを思い出し、外には出れるが中には入れないという作りになっていることを学ぶ。 大きな街だからか道標は道路のタイルとして埋め込まれているものもあった。 迷わずに街を出たが、40分くらいかかってしまった。 街の入り口は公園のようで綺麗だったが、出口も同じように舗装された公園だった。 歩き進めると大きな池が現れ、地元の人は釣りを楽しんでいた。 無心で歩きNavarreteという村につき、バルに駆け込んで朝ご飯を注文する。 サンドイッチ、オレンジジュース、コーヒーの巡礼者向けの定食（menu）を注文。 #day8 #caminodesantiago2019 #camino #caminodesantiago #caminodesantiagopics #backpacker #spain #スペイン巡礼 #スペイン #カミーノ #カミーノデサンティアゴ
【El camino francés】 Day7_3 2019/4/28 Los Arcos/ Logroño（28.0km, 45,303 Steps） I felt drowsy and returned to the albergue to take a nap. Along the way, I was called out by Korean women. They thought I was Korean, but when found out I was Japanese, they mentioned the name of a Japanese lady who said that they had stayed at the same albergue the day before. She was the one I had met at Saint Jean Pied de Port and Estella. When taking a nap, I was woken up by the laughter coming from the patio. I got to know a German called “Crazy German” 🇩🇪, a Brazilian🇧🇷, and Americans🇺🇸. Since I decided to go bar-hopping on that day, I began to have dinner at the bar recommended by Japanese pilgrim. And then I went to a few bar. Everthing was amazing. 昼から2杯も飲んでしまったせいか、眠気に襲われ昼寝しにアルベルゲに戻る。 道中、韓国人の女性たちに声をかけられる。韓国人と思われたようで日本人とわかると、とある日本人女性の方の名前を言われ、昨日同じアルベルゲに泊まったとのことだった。 その方はSaint Jean Pied de PortとEstellaで出会っていた方だった。 不思議な巡り合わせにご縁を感じる。 昼寝をしていると中庭から笑い声が響き目が覚める。クレイジージャーマンと呼ばれるドイツ人と呼びかけていたブラジル人、そばにいたアメリカ人ご夫妻と知り合う。 この日はバル巡りをすると決めていたため、オススメされたマッシュルームの店からスタートして1-2品のピンチョスにドリンク1杯でハシゴを続ける。 明日をケアして4軒目で終了。 全部美味しくて、しかもリーズナブルでまさに天国。連泊（とアルベルゲの門限）が許されるなら深夜まで飲み歩きたい… 帰り道、スペイン版のそり立つ壁を見つける。 少年もおじさんも走って登れるギリギリを攻めていた。壁を見つけたら登りたくなるのに国籍は関係ないことを学ぶ。 アルベルゲに戻り、ほろ酔い気分でバルコニーから大聖堂を見ながら”Stairway to heaven“のイントロをギターで爪弾く。 #day7 #caminodesantiago2019 #camino #caminodesantiago #caminodesantiagopics #backpacker #spain #スペイン巡礼 #スペイン #カミーノ #カミーノデサンティアゴ
Day7_2 2019/4/28 Los Arcos/ Logroño（28.0km） Crossing a road with a pedestrian bridge, there was a proper sign in such a place. The economies of towns and villages on the pilgrimage route are probably established by pilgrims, so it's only natural. I could see a big city in the distance. It was the destination of Day7, Logroño. The fun of a big city in Spain is "Bar", right? After crossing the river, I entered the old town in Logroño and checked in the public albergue. I arrived a little bit early and couldn't find anyone else in the bedroom. When I went to the kitchen, I met a Japanese lady. She recommended a bar for me, which was famous for the pintxos of large white mushrooms. Day7_1 2019/4/28 Los Arcos/ Logroño （28.0km） I couldn't get a good sleep due to someone's terrible snoring, so I left early. When I turned around, I could see a beautiful sunrise. I made it a rule to wake up early to see the sunrise if I couldn't sleep at night. Looking back on myself at that time while walking alone. I had been driven into kind of a negative chain of things, such as my physical condition and work. What was the cause? I faced myself surrounded by new friends and beautiful scenery. I had a late breakfast at a bar in a small village, Sansol. The pintxos, which looked so delicious, were lined up, and I wanted to order beer or wine, but I suppressed the desire to drink them. After all, I had orange juice and a piece of tortilla. Day6_2 2019/4/27 Estella/ Los Arcos（20.6km, 37,010 Steps） I felt the scenery slowly changing as walking. The hill I could see in the distance was harder than I thought, so I took a rest on the bench at the end of the climb. During the break, I met again with the Korean people I met yesterday and lovely couples who had become familiar faces. Everyone was considerate of others and shared fruits, snacks and so on, even though they were having a hard time with themselves. I decided to walk and leave food so that I could give it to people in need at any time, not for myself. When I arrived at the Albergue in Los Arcos around 13:00, Korean guys cooked Korean foods for lunch and invited me to have lunch together. It was so amazing!! At night, the people who stayed at the same Albergue and I had crazy party😎😎 見通しが良いところが増え、景色がゆっくりと移ろいゆくのを感じながら歩く。 遠目に見えていた坂が思ったよりしんどく、登り切ったところにあったベンチで一休み。 休憩中に昨日知り合った韓国の方々、国境を越えての愛を育んでいる顔馴染みになったカップル等々と再会を果たす。 皆、自分のことで大変であるにも関わらず、他者を思いやって果物やスナックを分けてくれる。 自分も自分のためではなく、周囲の困っている人にいつでもあげられるよう食料を残して歩くことを決意する。 いただいた恩はこの先出会う新しい友人に繋げられるように。 13時頃に目的地のLos Arcosのアルベルゲに到着。 韓国の方々が本場すぎる韓国料理の昼食を自炊しており、自分も混ぜていただきご馳走になる。 サンマのチゲ、美味すぎる。 ここは…本当にスペインなのか？ 洗濯を済ませスーパーで買い出し。 夜は同じアルベルゲに泊まっていた巡礼者たちとクレイジーに大宴会を開く。 足を痛めていた男性も見つけることができ、無事の到着に一安心。 #day6 #caminodesantiago2019 #camino #caminodesantiago #caminodesantiagopics #backpacker #spain #スペイン巡礼 #スペイン #カミーノ #カミーノデサンティアゴ

El camino es una experiencia de vida que puede representar un momento importante y nuevas metas personales para afrontar. No hay una edad privilegiada para hacer el Camino: el camino es para todos y los únicos requisitos son los deseos de hacerlo y una voluntad muy fuerte, no importando la condición física de cada uno.
