Lots to be proud of this week. I wouldn't normally write about myself but here we are 🤷♀️ It's not just 'okay' to have a few rest days and chill out, it's incredibly healthy. After a few stressful months, I'm feeling significantly happier in myself, being kinder to myself, feeling healthy, eating well, smashed my training in work, 5k run in 25 minutes (won't be doing that again for a while, my poor calves). My reflections: As the nights get shorter, the days longer, we emerge into Spring☀️ It’s time let go of the warm dark safe winter coat we’ve been wearing; it’s been lovely, restful and slow, but now it’s time to emerge and let go of anything that’s been keeping us back. It’s time to plant the seeds of new, of expansion, growth, something fresh, of light & colour & play & sound! 💕🎉 My own intentions are for personal growth, shedding stagnant ways and creating more space to welcome in the new adventures and creative projects that I feel are incoming… It feels like a new chapter is upon me, like it’s been brewing for a while… I welcome it and hope it brings fresh energy and joy to everything I do! 👌 This is where I’m at… tired of the noise, the noise of our busy modern world, the noise of social media… Wondering where am I being called to next???… and to hear that, needs SPACE.
