I had to share! My bestie Tahnee chose Crystal A: Citrine, in my weekly, pick a crystal, oracle card reading. Both cards had a Stag on them. Stags are strong symbology of being ‘a messenger, or gateway between the worlds’. That stags ‘lead us deeper into the mysteries of the otherworld’. They are also a symbol of strength and protection…Guess what the first stag card was…’Protection’. I'm a dreamer. Always have been. Vivid, wild, scary dreams that I almost always remember. I know my dreams are fuelled by my daily life & media consumption. But is there more to it? Should we all be paying more attention? Taking notice of my dreams was a strong message for me in my personal reading for 2024. We each sleep for 1/3 of our life. That's roughly 30 yrs! What if you could harness that time for growth? Your unconscious mind holds so much wisdom that can be accessed in your dream state. Being aware of your dreams can help you be more present in your waking life. No more sleep walking through life. Noticing the signs. I've started keeping a dream journal again. Each morning, I jot down what happened in my dreams in an effort to spot patterns, themes & messages. Your dream activities can offer profound insight into your current mental state. Like a nightly consultation & self assessment. A mini therapy session, if you're willing to access it. Everyone dreams. You might think you don't, but it's just a case of honing the muscle. Here's how: Before going to sleep, set a strong intention that you will remember it in the morning. Say to yourself "tonight I will remember my dreams" ✨️ When you wake up, before you interact with anyone or read your notifications, write down how you feel (in a notebook or on your phone). Your physical & emotional bodies hold memories from the dream. Are you excited, scared, joyous, loving? You may not have imagery straight away, but write out the feelings. Over time, write down one image you can recall. Where were you? What were you doing? Who was with you? It takes practice. Snippets may come back to you through the day. Note them down as they come. This doesn't need to be a big lengthy process. Just 2-3 mins, main themes, feelings, plot lines. The process of writing it down tells your conscious mind that there is value to you in the remembering. Be patient & persevere. Your recollection will strengthen. Don't rely on dream dictionaries. This is YOUR subconscious mind, so you'll have your OWN meanings for symbolism that are specific to you. Trust. Are you a dreamer? Do you keep a dream journal?

Today I had the inspiration to be creative and write. I spent the afternoon writing out topics I want to talk about in one way or other and then took whichever ones caught my attention the most, that wanted to be written now, and wrote several newsletters and posts with them. Some are scheduled, others are simply written for when I want to use them. This is how I do most of my content. Whenever I'm in a writing mood I just get as much done as possible based on what has come up for me lately, or where my attention and energy is moving towards. And then I just trust that I will find use for it somewhere sometime. Sometimes its immediate, others it's a few months later during a specific launch. But no matter what, when inspiration hits, I know to run with it! This is your reminder you don't need to write content, or do marketing in any other way than the way that works for you. But you should listen to those intuitive hits and run with them, because somewhere amongst the posts and the scribbles is a piece of absolute gold! ✨ Better get on it my loves! 14 years ago I can across my first spiritual mentor… well the one I invested in (as I know there were others for sure that assisted me to get to that space, known and unknown) In our first session, which I didn’t know at the time would be others, I wanted to clear money blocks. I need you to really feel this, I didn’t have the money for this session, but instead of paying my phone bill that month I decided to invest it here… why?! Because I just knew that this needed to happen and in order for something to change, at that time I needed help. It was deeply rooted in me to do this, like I felt the magnitude of this choice. I remember sitting in my bedroom (in a house I rented a room from) and she said to me, I really need you to understand that this clearing we are about to do if going to change your life. Part of me was scared. Life OMFG scared and I just keep hearing you need to do this. So although at that time I wouldn’t say I lead in intuition, I wouldn’t say I even trusted it, but in this pivotal moment I just said yes. This opened up a whole avenue for me. A couple days later an illusion in my life had been popped. I saw through a guise that a mentor/boss that I was working for was holding, I started to hear truth, I started to be called into my own energy. I launched my entrepreneurial journey 2 months later, after getting clear (at that time about what was coming through me) and just trusted. (I didn’t even know I was doing that lol) I worked with that spiritual mentor for 5 years. Once a month I visited her (and for 1 year in there I saw her every week). Some months it was tight, I didn’t have the funds, I was battling my ego and dismantling the illusions and I resisted my path… a lot. But I still showed up and figured it out. The universe always had a way of holding me. When I showed up for myself, life showed up for me. This choice is coming in strong now for the collective. You might be right here, right now in your life in some way shape or form. What are you choosing? What feels scary AF but you are being called into it anyways What’s next? What you can do to increase your intuitive connection 🔥 There is so much power in our intuition... Getting our intuition to come to the forefront can be challenging sometimes. Here are four ways to invite your intuition to actively connect with you. ✨ Meditating: Guided, self-directed, dance, etc.—whatever works best for you. Meditation can create actively connection quickly, but it doesn’t always do so and that’s okay. Making meditation a regular practice helps calm our nerves, which makes it easier for us to notice when our intuition is telling us something. ✨ Practicing Box Breathing: Box breathing calms our nerves and grounds us. It’s great on its own or as part of a meditation. I use it as an opportunity for my intuition to come forward by relying on my intuition to determine when I stop box breathing. If I can’t tell whether it intuitively feels like I’m done, I do a few more boxes and check again. ✨ Acknowledging Intuitive Hits During a Set Time Period: This is a version of Still Water Alchemy’s tip to foster a relationship with your intuition by promising to follow it for a short time. Pick a short period of time (a few hours or day) and acknowledge any intuitive hits that come through during it. By this I mean, describe to yourself what it was, say that you recognized it as an intuitive hit, and thank your intuition for actively communicating with you. I’ve found that it doesn’t matter whether I follow the intuitive hit or not, so long as I do those three things. If no intuitive hits come through during that time, tell yourself no intuitive hits came through, note that you recognized this, and thank your intuition for reminding you what the absence of an intuitive hit feels like. Being able to recognize an intuitive hit’s absence is important because it helps us narrow down what it does feel like when our intuition actively connects. ✨ Relying on It When Playing Video Games: One of my favorite ways to actively connect with my intuition is through video games. It keeps things light and reinforces the idea that actively connecting with my intuition can be fun. An example of how I do this is asking my intuition where an item I need for a particular quest will spawn or what type of perk I should take into a match.
One exercise to deepen your connection with your intuition is called "Intuitive Journaling." It's a powerful practice that allows you to tap into your inner guidance and gain clarity on your intuitive messages. Here's how you can do it… 1️⃣ Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be interrupted. Set the intention to connect with your intuition and receive guidance. 2️⃣ Grab a journal or a notebook and a pen. Take a few deep breaths to center yourself and relax. 3️⃣ Write down a specific question or area of your life where you seek intuitive guidance. It could be about a decision you need to make, a challenge you're facing, or any other aspect you'd like insights on. 4️⃣ Begin writing freely without judgment or overthinking. Let your thoughts flow onto the pages. Write down any thoughts, feelings, images, or sensations that come to you. 5️⃣ Pay attention to any intuitive nudges or subtle insights that arise. Trust your instincts and write them down, even if they seem unrelated or unconventional. Your intuition often communicates through symbols, metaphors, or subtle whispers. 6️⃣ Continue writing, allowing yourself to explore deeper layers of your intuition. Ask follow-up questions to gain more clarity. Reflect on the information you receive and how it aligns with your current situation. 7️⃣ When you feel ready, take a moment to express gratitude for the guidance received. Close the journaling session with a sense of peace and trust in your intuition. 8️⃣ Afterward, you can revisit your journal entries from time to time to reflect on the messages received and and track what manifested by connecting with your intuition. 🔑 Remember, the key to this exercise is to trust yourself and your intuition. Jill of ten years ago wouldn’t have faired well (or been invited as a guest 🙃) on a podcast about spirituality. In fact, spirituality wasn’t really part of my life until three years ago when I was in the thick of the messy middle of coming out🌈. While I was the type who would say, “I’m not religious, but I am spiritual”— I didn’t actually feel spiritual. I didn’t actually do anything spiritual.
