There is one thing you will never find at the beginning of a path unwalked.⁣ ⁣ Evidence.⁣ ⁣ Evidence, empiricism, quantification are the cultural norms. They have no place in the act of creating a new way of being or doing.⁣ ⁣ Don’t look for evidence as your sign that you are on the right path. You will not find it.⁣ ⁣ What you will find is a veritable mountain of self-belief challenges you will have to conquer to get on the path you know is there but cannot see.⁣ ⁣ This is what you were made for.

Several things can cause burnout, including a colossal workload, unrealistic expectations and poor work-life balance. ——However, one cause that’s often overlooked is being in a prolonged state of misalignment. Misalignment burnout happens when we constantly engage with environments and in activities that go against our innermost values and beliefs, leading to a disconnect between our true selves and professional identity. Our behavior may be driven by external rewards such as money, reputation and the need to live up to others’ expectations instead of intrinsic motivation and inner harmony between who we are and what we are doing. Although we may initially rationalize these actions for short-term success, they can compromise our long-term goals and personal fulfillment overtime. This can lead to feelings of dissonance, emotional exhaustion and, inevitably, burnout. There are several ways to connect to your alignment - where ”disconnect to reconnect” is widely used. Armed with self-awareness and a drive to align your thoughts and beliefs with your actions, you are poised to reach new heights in your professional life. When you have the best, most unique, most innovative idea for an offer that not only feels like it’s going to be electric to run, but also feels like it’s going to massively change lives, it can be hella frustrating if people don’t right away. Super foods are JUST a PART of healing nourishment and in most cases must be limited  goji berries Super mushrooms Leafy greens cacao Anything else considered to be "nutrient" dense superfoods are only part of the equation to gain energy, have heightened intuition, and feel consistently amazing. Don't be discouraged, these are great and VITAL to have. The major downfall is that people don't know that what their body is actually starved for is a major and I mean 📢MAJOR MACRO NUTRIENT that's not abundantly found in super foods.  Super foods are most often carbohydrates which is in an overabundance in over 87% of Americans diets. I used to eat all kinds of superfood smoothies, all these FRESH and plant based things yet still struggled with energy to wake up in yhe mornings, back pain from doing a lot of Reiki, feeling bloated, uncontrollable cravings, seeing very little fat loss from workouts and felt "fluffy" this had me feeling mentally cloudy which blocked intuition. What I was not aware of was my lack of 📣📣📣 protein 🫠 Lack of protein foods causes Constipation Mid day fatigue Joint pain Body aches and pains IBS bloating weakens the immune system A lack in digestive enzymes ➡️ which properly breaks down these superfoods in order for them to be properly absorbed  ➡ Lack of enzymes (a bi product of protein) is why so many are dealing with stomach bloat, acid reflux, and diarrhea.  If that hasn't  grabbed your attention yet, a lack of protein is why yoga teachers and spiritual healers have very little increase in strength after months or even years of training.  A diet with an inadequate amount of protein hinders toning from workouts like yoga, running, lifting, and high intensity training. Imagine if you always had psychic abilities 24/7. The power of people and the connections available to all of us are quite miraculous if you open yourself up to them. These connections are like a beautiful constellation just waiting to blossom, and help you do the big things you’re meant to do in this lifetime. It can sometimes feel hard or uncomfortable to do that - especially as we get older, life gets more settled, and we’re comfortable where we are. But if you open yourself up to considering the unknown, to stepping into new experiences and into new communities, and trusting you just might find your home there, so much is possible. This week I’m going to an incredible gathering of conscious leaders, and this came onto my radar because an old friend, @mariasipka , saw me posting about going to Summit at Sea last year, and thought I’d love this event, too. I am meeting a trove of new people who I know will inspire what I do next as a person and business owner. And last year, I’d gone to Summit at Sea only because a long time friend and mentor @sherryscentered thought of me when an invite came to them. I walked on the boat without knowing a soul besides her, and came out with piles of new friends and connections and memories for a lifetime. And I was only brave enough to say yes to those trips, to step away from my life as a busy working mom, because the year before that, my friend @jennifer.kem hosted an incredible women’s retreat in the south of France, and I trusted her enough to say yes.
