OHANA. AT THE POLYNESIAN RESORT. DISNEY. Después de ir dos veces a tomar desayuno y una a cenar, creo que le puedo hacer una review justa a Ohana. Ubicado en uno de los resorts más lindos que conozco en Disney (si no el más lindo). El lugar hermoso. La música es genial. La atención también impeque, pero Vamos a lo central, La comida. La modalidad es bastante especial. Por un precio fijo te traen un monton de cosas y puedes seguir pidiendo por el resto de la eternidad. 🐷 El desayuno no es tan caro. 25 dólares por persona. Te traen salchichas, papas, huevos revueltos, waffles con forma de Mickey, jugo, y un pan muy rico, hawaiano, con sabor a piña. Lo mejor? Las papas y el pan. La verdad por el precio está bien. Pero ojo. Es harta comida !! 🐷 Con respecto a la cena, Pucha la comida rica, (maravillosa??? No) pero rica. Te traen pollo, carne, ensalada, noodles, camarones y dumplings. El problema? Es demasiada demasiada comida. Terminas botando gran parte. Y el precio. 55 dólares por persona (cuando en verdad podrías haber gastado y botado la mitad). Lo mejor de la cena? También el pan. Exquisito. 🐷 Siempre los cocktail se pagan aparte y valen aprox 15 dólares cada uno. He probado el que viene en una piña, la piña colada y el watermelon margarita. Todo muy rico. 🍸🍹 Mi consejo es: si va a ir, que sea con mucha hambre, ojalá hartas personas, incluyendo varios hombres grandes y buenos para comer jajajaja. Nosotras 3 simples niñitas (pero buenas pal diente) hemos botado mucha comida y nos ha dolido bastante (aparte que te vas con la comida hasta el cuello para no botar tanto). My family is in town this week! Today was one of my off days, we went to Hollywood Studios, and Epcot, then had a dinner reservation at ‘Ohana!!! The food here is served family style- so what they bring out is shared with the entire table. To start with, they brought me and my sister some dairy free rolls and butter! It was very good. Then we got a salad. Then we forgot to take pictures when the food was brought out, so it looks messy 😂 but they brought out the famous ohana noodles- which were delicious and I just finished eating them ❤️. And the wings and pot stickers were amazing as always!!! I also really liked the shrimp (again forgot to take the pic when it came out 😂). The beef tips were also really good, it was kinda hard to cut, other than that no complaints. For dessert since we couldn’t have the bread pudding, we got something else- I literally don’t remember what it’s called- it’s coconut milk based and very thick, it also had boba, pineapple, mango, and a flower. It wasn’t my favorite thing, I tried it and didn’t like it that much (😅🥲) so we went to Pineapple Lanai and got lime dole whip- I took off the chocolate token, so it was safe to eat. All in all, it was a great meal, I’m excited to come back and eat here again. I have a ton of leftovers- I literally asked for to go boxes so I could eat it later 😂 (the picture quality is pretty bad on these lol) when we got done eating, we walked down to the beach at the Polynesian- with everyone else- and watched the fireworks at magic kingdom. It’s so cool how they have the music synced at the MK resorts. Breakfast includes Lilo, Stitch, Mickey and Pluto and ranks as a top breakfast for our family. Dinner does not have characters but it does bring you the most amazing Hawaiian style meal complete with music, story telling and coconut races! YES...COCONUT RACES! Let’s talk about this meal...it seemed to just keep coming and coming. Served family style, it started with pineapple bread and salad. Then out came a bowl of teriyaki noodles, stir fry veggies, pork dumplings and chicken wings. They could have stopped there and I still would have said this is a fav spot but nooo...the food kept coming!! They brought out SKEWERS OF STEAK, CHICKEN, and SHRIMP!! {I’ll gladly just take the whole skewer of shrimp 😋}. And of course it’s Disney where all meals need dessert so bring out the ‘Ohana bread pudding à la mode! This is definitely one that guests return to over and over which makes it one of the hot spots for getting a reservation.
