You have to be willing to be uncomfortable in order to make significant changes. Waking up early to workout before you go to work is uncomfortable. Eating a healthy breakfast instead of the unhealthy food you crave is uncomfortable. Buying the necessary ingredients on Sunday to prep your daily lunches for the week is uncomfortable. Alternating between standing 30 minutes and sitting 30 minutes at work is uncomfortable. Getting 10,000 steps in after work instead of watch TV is uncomfortable.
