Starting off the week with new supplements is the best! 🤩 ✔️ When you’re deep in prep, food isn’t as exciting, so when I get to have protein coffee every morning, I want to get the most delicious whey protein powder to satisfy my sweet tooth. It turns out @precisionnutrition Honey Granola Whey Protein is SO GOOD 🤤 ✔️ I typically train at night, after work, so if I want to have caffeine in the afternoon to get me through my day, I have to limit my stimulant intake for my lift. I am excited to try @buckedup non stimulant pre workout just for that! 🙌🏼 @jaxnutrition has a huge variety of flavors / supplements and I love that its local to Boise so I can actually go in person to pick it out. Not to mention @michaelalgate is a huge help with popular flavors, brands and any questions you may have!

👏👏👏The first InBody challenge of the year is a wrap and we had people put in some serious work! In 8-weeks, this group of 24 participants lost a whopping 78.3 lbs. of body fat. NOT just weight, but BODY FAT 👀! While gaining 14.2 lbs. of lean body mass and improving body composition 33% collectively. 🥇Congrats Cam P. for taking home the top payout. Alright, time to flex. This morning someone tried to hit me below the belt and told me that I’m still in the same place I was 5 years ago. That resonated with me and left me with these thoughts: In the last 5 years, I’ve been to the UAE, Czech, Turkey, Puerto Rico, Portugal, Italy, France, Netherlands, and the UK. In the last 5 years, I competed in my first bodybuilding competition which can only be said by about 5 percent or less of the worlds population. In the last 5 years, I bought a 2016 Toyota Tacoma during the height of Covid. In the last 5 years, I have fallen In love with the woman of my dreams. In the last 5 years, we put down my family dog I’ve had since 6th grade. Joey was a yellow lab and a great dog. In the last 5 years, I moved from a cramped apartment to a 5 bedroom house with a 2 car garage. In the last 5 years, I modeled men’s fashion for @dapperdave_clothing and @jordanmixson_ stay tuned for the website drop later this month. In the last 5 years, I solidified my position as one of the veteran bartenders of Lynchs Irish Pub where I work 5 days a week. I used to take cuts and give my shifts up, now I never take cuts and I work an extra shift every week. By the end of December I will be a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Science Association with a certification in nutrition and a specialty in bodybuilding. When someone tries to put you down, remember all of the things you have accomplished, all of the relationships you have formed with people that believe in you and your goals.
