❤️❤️❤️Cheesecake tutto cioccolato 😍Siccome continua la preferenza di Ig per le foto .... andiamo avanti senza reel. Confesso che nel fine settimana ne ho realizzati ben 2 e uno più interessante dell’altro. Preferisco però a questo punto aspettare e pubblicare le ricette che avevo lasciato indietro nel rullino foto. Un po’ mi dispiace, quello sui panini era veramente carino con ben 3 formati... anzi 4 ... ma pazienza, mi dispiace sprecare un buon contenuto per i capricci di Ig. Ti lascio comunque la ricetta di questo ottimo cheesecake e peccato che Lorraine Pascale non scriva più ricette, sue ne ho provate parecchie, ora si occupa di tutt’altro. [CHOCOLADE CHEESECAKE] ᵃᵈᵛᵉʳᵗᵉⁿᵗⁱᵉ Ik ben niet de beste bakker... dat is ook de reden waarom er zelden of geen desserts, taarten en gebak passeren op de blog. Meestal zijn het MISbaksels of heb ik het talent of het geduld er niet voor. Maar nu ik 2 kleine zoetebekjes heb, merk ik dat zij het wel leuk vinden als er tijdens het weekend eens cakejes op tafel staan of als we eens samen pudding maken of pannenkoeken bakken enz. En toen bladerde ik in het kookboek 'EASY & SPEEDY' van 'The Godfather' onder de foodbloggers aka de coolste schooldirecteur van het land nl. @roeckiesworld . Er passeerden allerlei superlekkere gerechtjes oa. desserts de revue. Onder het motto 'gemakkelijk & snel' waagde ik mij aan de CHOCOLADE CHEESECAKE. Want mr. hubby lust geen taarten/cake, maar je mag hem wel ALTIJD wakker maken voor cheesecake en (melk)chocolade. Deze taart combineert 'best of both' én is idd gemakkelijk en snel klaar! En als ik het kan, dan kan echt IEDEREEN dit maken! 😉 Vorige zondag plaatste ik al een teaser in mijn stories van ons moeder-zoon bakmomentje. Een Maurits met een mond vol chocolade en een pottenlikker in de hand. Wel... hier is het resultaat! 😁 Het was zondag, dus we hebben onze taart versiert met wat we thuis in de snoep- en koelkast vonden. 🍫🍬 Maar je kan dus helemaal los gaan met de toppings, he! Yep... en met deze post sluit ik mijn verjaardagsweekend af! Vrijdagavond hebben we na school/crèche rustig gevierd met ons viertjes thuis. Zaterdag kwamen de oma, opa en het nichtje van M&M langs voor de koffie. Het is voorbij gevlogen! We zijn weer goed voor een jaar! 😄 P.S.: een snelle smartphonefoto met weinig styling, want ik ging dit oorspronkelijk enkel in men stories plaatsen, maar geef toe.
