When Roy died on 10/31/11 people in my life had no idea what they were talking about when they tried understanding what it felt like or why I grieved over a “drunk& pill head” so long but when you see someone go from battling multiple addictions to putting God first,going to church&ultimately getting sober in recovery it’s the most amazing thing you’ll ever witness.I got to experience that with my husband so my preparation from him&Aunt Dena,growing up,to only see the good part of what could happen to Jay with faith&my knowledge of sticking by someone when they are at their worst.Losing Jay too has destroyed me.It’s been over 3 yrs&the agony of losing 2 men I truly loved by the age of 42 has taken all of my hopes&dreams for the future.Even what that looks like now.I’m a hot mess grieving myself to death bc the 2nd is worst than the 1st.I wouldn’t wish this excruciating pain of 2 on anyone!I never thought I’d experience it again.My ignorance was I was going to die before a 2nd person bc I was seeing younger guys.God said nope Tamee I can take even younger than Roy. I miss them both EVERY SINGLE DAY! Few years back in one of my training camps in UK - at the @cavemantraining this gentleman ( I am mad at myself that I forgot his name 😔) impressed me beyond belief! His drive, determination, mindset, willpower…strength, stability and endurance - blown away everyone at the camp (I am sure @akathegiant - you remember him as well!). Imagine the giant sets of 10 exercises in a row for back (including barbell bent-over rows, dead lifts, T-bar rows, cable rows…to name few difficult ones to perform on one leg)…to Barbell squats, lunges, step ups, stiff-leg dead lifts, every kind of leg curls, leg extensions, hack squats, smith machine squats…etc…etc) - performed with only one leg !!!! Guy was an absolute stud - I tried to guide him and make him skip some exercises I know I could not possibly do on one leg - but he didn’t even want to hear about it. He said - I’ll do every single one…and I’ll do extra rep on each station. I have an advantage, not disadvantage…I am blessed 🙌💪🏻. What a guy!!! 💪🏻❤️… He said the only thing that makes him sad is when he see people feeling sorry for themselves…Life is precious - live it fully. Enjoy it. Yup im back to training consistently with my coach. Once I stopped making all the excuses in the world, and actually pulled my head in and commited to not using evey other thing in my life as a reason to not train with my coach. The truth hurts we choose to use things like : * Works to busy * Money tight * I'll start next week * I have injury ill start as soon * Life to busy What I choose to tell myself : * Work is busy but what example am I setting. And my clients will understand. * Yeah money is tight, but I spend money on coffee, and lunches that is way more then I pay for session. * If I train correctly my injuries will heal allot faster and ill strengthen up what's weak. * Life is always busy it's always going to be busy. But there is always time to fit 30 or 60 min with a trainer. In all honesty if i stopped watching Tik tok. And accounted for the amount of time that I procrastinated seeing my Coach I had plenty of space. Now I'm lucky my Coach threw me a lifeline. And I wouldn't miss a session a group train unless something drastic has happened. If my Coach is willing to put the time in for me. I want to use the opportunity and not prioritize other things infront of it. So if your lucky enough to find a coach that's willing to put the extra in for you. Be thankfull and let them know. In Indonesia most people selling food on the street (street food) for they occupation including my family back home, social distance not doing well back home you see in this video sadly... but I am just praying all my family are well and stay safe. We are very lucky in UK we have to stay at home and get paid... while in indo they stop everyone selling... and where they gonna have income from??
