So Soja! No Addad Sugars Soygurt in Banana/Passionfruit from Sojade. I love when the yogurt is really creamy and Sojade have managed that texture to perfection. This flavor was new to me, and as I like banana-flavor I thought I’d should give it a try. The passionfruit adds a freshness to the banana-base and overall I enjoy the flavor-combination. Thanks to @chickadvisor and @a2milkcanada for giving me a free sample of a2 Milk™. I picked up this 2% Partly Skimmed Milk which is made from cows that naturally produce only the a2 protein, making it easier to digest than regular milk. I tend to use dairy milk alternatives due to dairy sensitivies. I found a2 milk to taste exactly like regular cow's milk, you wouldn't know the difference! Love to use it in my coffee. Definitely worth a try if you would like a milk alternative. 💥Savoury Mushroom & 3 cheese Pancakes💥 . . This is such a simple recipe but is a real treat for dinner, lunch or brunch. . . Recipe: Pancakes: 2 eggs, cup plain flour, enough milk for correct texture. . Mix: Bag of mushrooms 1/2 tub ricotta (you can use less if you like) 1/2 tub quark, 1tbsp parmesan grated. 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic. Handful spinach, tamari (or soya sauce), seasoning. . . Fry onion and garlic in a pan and add your mushrooms chopped. Fry well on a high heat until the moisture is gone off them. Then add chopped spinach. Splash with a bit of tamari. Stir in the ricotta on a low to medium heat, follow with quark - dont do it the other way around as quark is inclined to split. Sprinkle in the parmesan and if needed, add a dash of milk to wet the mix. I also add nutritional yeast (B12). Season well then add to your pancake. . . I served mine with quinoa and tuna salad for an extra protein punch. . .
