Dandelion root is bitter and can be brewed into a tea to cleanse the liver. Our livers are often oversaturated with fat, because of all the sugar in our diet. Sugar is actually being transformed into fat to store excess energy in the body for later. This is heavy on the liver. Fatty livers can cause fatigue and symptoms related to what most people would consider as depression. I have stopped brushing my teeth about a year ago. I react to the well-being of my teeth with focus and attention. I have found that cloves work very well to alleviate inflammation. Nature's Toolbox - 2 _______________________ Green Cardamom: I work with spices a lot. It is really hard to say what they really do, but I know that my intuition is guiding me to use spices basically every day. Green Cardamom clearly works on the root-chakra and helps activate creative potential. I drink coffee (Moroccan Style) with it and I occasionally add it to curries, or spiced rice, or lentils, or spiced chai. When I first started making art, I had no idea what was happening. I was in a weird emotional state and needed to find a way to move on from it. Coffee with spices and cream still shoots me into creation. The cream satisfies my hunger and helps me to stay on top longer. However: Coffee creates an imbalance and is hard on your spirit, but seems to help with channeling if drunk in moderation. Everyone wants sweet and fat, while people forget how harmful such a lifestyle can be. Bitter is an essential component of a balanced life. Ayahuasca is extremely bitter and I found that introducing bitter into my life has helped me to deepen my meditation and cleanse my body from all the filth that was piggybacking on my habit of eating too much sugar for most of my life. Sugar feeds yeasts and fungi in your body that slowly take over your mind and render you unable to focus. Ketogenic can help. I started to reduce sugar to almost never and keep it for special occasions. Eat lentils and chickpeas and beans and learn how you could be without the fleeting highs of sugar... Your body produces DMT on it's own, but in order for your energy to flow you must get rid of the fungi that drain your energy..... E antes de viver certas coisas e acontecimentos, é um pouco difícil e estranho se ver em algo pois geralmente nos projetamos de uma forma diferente para as pessoas, mas nessa primeira parte eu me projetei para o meu eu do passado que eu quero cuidar... Na segunda parte, é o "Pedro", a parte "Techno", como me vêem, como estou hoje em dia, como decidi criar uma versão de mim para o mundo e separar o meu eu só para mim mesmo... Acho que todos fazem isso. Na primeira parte temos uma sonoridade que eu posso meio que lembrar da Enya agora quando ouço, acho que a grandiosidade de uma faixa New Age, e a parte que deixa a gente curioso por isso, eu quando criança ficava com uma gaita pra lá e pra cá até que um dia eu enterrei ela no chão.. sem motivos, passaram anos, eu tava andando pelos arredores do sítio dos meus pais, e encontrei ela de novo, ela tem um lugar na minha memória muito especial, eu não gostava muito de brinquedos em si, mas gostava disso, e via como brinquedo, não sei a ligação desse fato a essa música mas sinto eles de alguma forma conectados, principalmente na primeira parte da música.. 🌒 #Apoteose #Technovintage #Single #Techno #Vintage #NewAge #Duality #Yoga #concept #visual #brasil #produtor #indie #alternative #NewWave #Retro #Future #Tenebrism #Art #New #Fresh #Music #Spotify #SoundOn #Stream #NewSong #Pop #ideia #2024
