Eine meiner Lieblingsübungen, vor und während der Schwangerschaft, ist das Kreuzheben 🔥 Beim Deadlift werden die Beine, das Gesäß und der untere Rücken trainiert. Come mi sono allenata in questi mesi… Continuando a fare quello che facevo gia’ da prima, Per lo più squat-stacco-panca, lavori di ginnastica e work capacity, monitorando la frequenza cardiaca e riadattando i carichi. Ho avuto fin da subito il benestare della mia dottoressa nel proseguire con gli allenamenti, Ho seguito la programmazione rimodellata del mio compagno @andrea_paoni_89 che per professione fa’ il preparatore atletico ed ha studiato un piano di allenamento appositamente per la gravidanza andando a valutare ogni aspetto 🫶. Ausreichende Bewegung in der Schwangerschaft ist so wichtig und kann wirklich ein Gamechanger sein 🤝🏼 Mein Tipp für jede Schwangere: ☝🏼 Gehe täglich spazieren, das hält dich schon super fit und ist wirklich einfach in den Alltag zu integrieren. Manchmal ist es auch das einzige, wozu du die Kraft hast. Also selbst wenn du keinen Sport machst, dann halte dir immer vor Augen, dass JEDE Bewegung zählt! 🙌🏼 Ich gehe jeden Tag mindestens 5 km spazieren. Muskeln erhalten in der Schwangerschaft? 💪🏼🤰🏼 Ich glaube, bisher ist mir das ganz gut gelungen. Klar, hat der Körper jetzt auch wieder mehr Körperfett angesetzt, aber das ist ja auch wichtig und gut so 😊 Krafttraining macht mir einfach unwahrscheinlich viel Spaß. Warum sollte ich das in der Schwangerschaft dann nicht mehr praktizieren? Klar, manche Übungen müssen entsprechend skaliert oder ausgetauscht werden und ich trainiere nicht mehr am Limit oder versuche PR‘s aufzustellen. Ich fühle mich vor allem während des Trainings richtig fit und wohl. Ich arbeite daran, dass ich auch genauso bis zum Ende bleibe🍀🥰 ❕Alle aktuelleren Leitlinien empfehlen Training in der Schwangerschaft und das auch im fortgeschrittenen Stadium. I remember the days I stopped taking care of myself. I constantly felt tired, frustrated & I was constantly starting on Mondays .. but quitting a few days in. I knew there was a better way. A better way to show up for myself, eat healthier & FEEL better. So, I said yes to committing to a 3 week workout/ nutrition program! I saw someone was running an online bootcamp, workouts from home, only 30 mins long.. I KNEW it was sustainable and something I could actually stick to! So I committed, went all in & saw incredible results. Here we are almost 8 years later (consistent with my fitness routine even at 32 weeks pregnant). I’m healthier than I was at 21 years old. A little different transformation 🤍 and I’m ✨totally✨ okay with it!!! 2022 ➡️ 2024 2 years ago, I was probably the leanest I have ever been 💁🏼‍♀️ quite the opposite today at 37 weeks pregnant 😆 But, I’m proud to say that I love my body in BOTH of these pictures 💓 and that hasn’t been something I’ve always been able to say… I used to hate my body in college & I would pick apart absolutely every single thing about it that I didn’t like. I was so depressed & exhausted because of it. I thought that chronic dieting & over-exercising was the answer 🤦🏼‍♀️ news flash - it wasn’t 😅 The ✨real✨ answer was finding food freedom, moving my body because I appreciate how it makes me feel, & accepting that my body was perfectly made by God 🤍 Today, even though I am the heaviest I have ever been, I truly am the happiest I have ever been!! Ну что ж, выхожу на финишную прямую #36неделябеременности ПДР стоит 23 мая. Врач сказала, что 18 могу уже родить, опираясь на результаты размеров малыша по узи. Муж говорит, что рожу раньше и пытается со мной поспорить на деньги 😂 Сумки в роддом почти собраны. Кроватка ещё не куплена, но мы в процессе😁 Продолжаю работать и тренироваться. Часть клиентов передаю мужу, остальных отправляю на онлайн ведение и в свободное плавание. За всех спокойна ибо знаю, что передала все необходимые знания и навыки для того, чтобы мои люди могли самостоятельно и уверенно тренироваться. Время идет. Жизнь живется. Дела делаются. Ну а я погружена в себя, свои мысли и свои ощущения. Гнездуюсь🤭 читаю, слушаю подкасты и рефлексирую😁 Пытаюсь угомонить свой ненасытный мозг, который постоянно хочет что-то планировать, ставить цели и заниматься достигаторством😂 «Всему своё время» - говорю я ему и иду готовиться к очередному дню, который приближает нас к встрече с нашим малышом 💕 Такие вот дела🤗 Как вы? Die Körpermitte in der Schwangerschaft 🤰🏼 Unser Muskelkorsett und unser Beckenboden geben unserer Körpermitte von vorne, hinten und unten Halt und Stabilität, außerdem straffen sie die Körpermitte. ⬅️Links ist alles locker und entspannt. Doch gerade im Alltag und beim Training müssen wir darauf achten, unsere Körpermitte sowie unseren Beckenboden zu aktivieren - sowohl während, als auch nach der Schwangerschaft. ➡️Rechts ist der Beckenboden sowie das Muskelkorsett angespannt. Ich habe das Baby quasi zu mir rangezogen. Wichtig ist hierbei, zuerst den Beckenboden anzuspannen und dann auch das Muskelkorsett anzuspannen. Dadurch wird der Bauch flacher, die Taille schmaler und wir haben eine stabile Körpermitte. Dies ist besonders bei Übungen wie Squats oder Deadlifts sehr wichtig, da diese Übungen ohnehin sehr viel Druck ausüben. Der Beckenboden wird in der Schwangerschaft besonders gefordert. Er trägt nicht nur die ganzen Organe, hilft bei einem kontrollierten Toilettengang und unterstützt maßgeblich die Körperhaltung - er muss nun zusätzlich auch mein Baby nebst Fruchtwasser und Plazenta tragen 🏋🏼‍♀️ Als Sportlerin merke ich jetzt viel mehr, wenn mein Beckenboden verspannt ist und es Zeit ist, diesen zu entspannen. Gerade im Hinblick auf die Geburt sollte er weniger Belastungen ausgesetzt werden, zB keine Sprünge mehr bei High Impact-Übungen ❌ Auch im Alltag versuche ich meinen Beckenboden zu entlasten - abends werden mal die Füße oder das Becken hochgelagert, beim Husten/Niesen drehe ich mich zur Seite und natürlich stehe ich auch nur über die Seite auf 🫶🏼 Was mir besonders hilft sind Yogaübungen, der Atem sollte hierbei ruhig fließen und der Bauch entspannt sein können. Übungen die die Hüfte öffnen, helfen bei der Entspannung des Beckenbodens. I admit I hid from the gym for the first 20weeks of pregnancy as I worried - I promised myself I would keep active in pregnancy and my body moving so walking, yoga, Pilates, swimming all became a focus - and to be honest it felt good for the first half of pregnancy 🤰🏻 I was scared to ‘push’ my body to much or do anything to strenuous. I was completely mixed up and in a rut… the last few weeks I have felt the best I’ve felt in pregnancy, my body feels strong! I’ve enjoyed training with my bump and taking workouts as they come. Listening to my body and respecting what is right for it now not then ✨ I WISH there was more out there for pregnant woman - that weight training can be safe and beneficial if you so it right!
