Another retreat in the books 🙏🏻 This crew was so special. Small, but mighty you could say. Everyone arrived unsure of what to expect, but left feeling strong, centered, connected, and restored 🔮 We started the retreat with a welcome tea ceremony led by @kojomojoco 🫖 and got to know oatstraw through meditation We moved our bodies and did Pilates on the mat, with straps @pilatessuspensionmethod style, and did some yoga w/ breath work 💪🏻🧘🏼♀️ We spent a night out on the town @pappyandharriets so we could let loose a little 💃🏼 We went to @joshuatreenps and hiked along the boyscout trail where we explored the wonderland of rocks and encountered a few special friends 🦎🌵 And we ended the retreat with a new moon ritual and then a floating sound bath led by @sacredsoundhaven 🌑✨ I’m so blessed and grateful for the people who trust in me to lead them on their healing journey. I love watching someone morph and change into the person they always wanted to be. Sometimes we just need a little nudge in the right direction.
