Beautiful salad I had with my simple Orzo pasta tomato, chilli, garlic sauce with lashings of Parmesan. The salad was sublime, fennel, good quality tomatoes, mozzarella, chicory and very very good Serrano ham all the way from the north of Spain fed on honey and acorns.
