Burgentyp: Höhenburg Die Burganlage war eine kleine trapezförmige Anlage mit dreistöckigem Palas, einem kleinen Wohngebäude, einem 20 Meter hohen Bergfried mit drei Verliesen, Ritterwohnungen und Stallungen, umgeben von einer schildmauerartig verstärkten Ringmauer mit Zwingeranlage. one practice that has really changed me in midlife is paying closer attention to my energy. ✨✨✨ as a recovering people pleaser, I’ve always prioritized everyone else’s energy and virtually ignored my own… but learning to say f-yes to me, shifted that to a more balanced place. I started noting my energy after spending time with people, on work, or in recreation and began to check in with myself on what adjustments might be needed. I try to repeat time with people and things that create more ease and joy in my life. If I feel like I’m spinning and out of sorts, I ask myself what I need? Often it’s a shift in perspective or activity.
