Last Sunday I woke up and wandered the #sassagoulariver a bit. Because it’s required. Met a cute little ducky and took some time to appreciate what I have. It was so nice out I got to enjoy my coffee while people watching outside! Boated to #disneysprings to meet one of my bests and see one of my favorite bartenders @homecominfl. Was immediately handed a glass of my juice (Florida Crush) and ordered the Southern Poutine for the first time and it won’t be the last. Of course we had deviled eggs and obviously I ordered grits (with bacon, pimento cheese and hot sauce - ALWAYS). After nearly 3 hours we left Grant behind and went to @thepolitepig so I could have my apple cider whiskey sour (I will never not be excited that it’s permanent), see Dave AND try the burnt ends special for the month. It was divine. After some wandering, back to #pofq (my Minnie Van count was up to three at this point..the BF was thrilled…..) to meet another of my Bests for some HM Beignets and a HM cocktail that I, well, hated. Haha. Gotta try everything though! We listened to some of the wonderful live music in the #scatcatlounge (you can order the HM beignets from your server here too) and I truly just enjoyed time with an incredible human. 🎟🚫No Tickets?🚫🎟 NO PROBLEM!!! We spent 4 super fun days at Disney with my parents and they did not spend one cent on park tickets! Here is all that we did with no tickets! 🍽 An amazing toast at Dahlia Lounge with a view of three major park “weenies” (Tower of Terror, Spaceship Earth and Expedition Everest!) and then dinner at Toledo! It was gorgeous and delicious and dripping with Disney magic. 🍳 Fort Wilderness camp grounds! What a fun space, we could definitely have spent a lot more time here and hope to next time! We had breakfast at Trail’s End and I have to say- for an all-you-care-to-enjoy experience it is not too pricey! We had a lovely themed breakfast that felt like Frontierland in Magic Kingdom! 🥂🚝 Monorail Crawl!! This was my favorite part! We explored the lobbies of the Grand Floridian, Polynesian and Contemporary. We had drinks and cheese at The Enchanted Rose. We walked the Magic Kingdom Walkway and even got a photopass pic in front of the gate!! We had burgers and drinks in the lounge at Steakhouse 71 and we made it to the Polynesian for PRIME seating for the fireworks!!! We even caught some of the Electric Water Pageant from the monorail. It was 10/10 magical!! ⛴Next day was boats and buckets! We took the boat from Boardwalk over to Hollywood Studios, enjoyed the views and the gorgeous weather! Then we hopped right onto the Skyliner!! We went over to the Riviera Resort for some shopping, some amazing coffee and lunch at Primo Piatto. It was so much fun and the sweet woman working the gift shop gave my mom and me a tour of the lobby and first floor giving us all kinds of extra details and stories!! We hopped a quick Skyliner back to Epcot and walked back to hang at the Boardwalk! 💈The boys deserved a treat so we made reservations in @disneysprings at @theartofshaving for my dad and Joe to get a straight razor shave. Super relaxing and fun and my mom and I browsed some shops and snuck into @gideonsbakehouse while we waited!!! #coldbrewforlife It was SUCH a magical time and we never had to wait in line, we were able to avoid crazy crowds and saved over $1,000 by not buying park tickets. #disney #noparkday #parkfreedisney

When we go, anywhere we go together. Today's trip was a trip to the vet to check on Amira who started limping last week. The reaction when we roll 3 Dobermans deep into the vet office. Seems when she ripped her paw pad in February she may have broken her little toe. No indication until she started limping last week. No reaction from her the entire time the vet tech was poking and prodding at her until the tech started trying straightening her toe. Even them it was vet minimal.
