Taking laps on foot around town on break instead of sitting or driving. Morning and evening stretching or yoga. Countering every bit of stillness with yummy action. Couple goals 👩❤️👨 This weekend we went to Slam Dunk festival in Hatfield. We had a kid free day and night, enjoying the sun, food, drink, and most importantly, the pop punk magic 🤩 We saw The Offspring for the first time and loved them! Saw Bowling for Soup again and still love them. And saw a load of other bands I don’t know as well but still loved. My highlight was letting loose and jumping around the mosh pit with James.
