🎵久々音楽ネタです😅 ヴィンテージトラブルがいいので、SoulとかFunkとか言われるような黒人音楽系を他にもと思い、新(00年代以降ぐらい)旧(70～80年代頃活躍した人達？)いくつか聴いてみた。 ①Alabama Shakes『Sound & Color』 ②Black Pumas『Black Pumas』 ③Gary Clark Jr.『The Story of Sonny Boy Slim』 ④Michael Kiwanuka『Home Again』 旧の人達はベスト盤で。 ⑤Curtis Mayfield ⑥Earth, Wind & Fire ⑦Marvin Gaye(アルバムジャケ写が見つからなかったのでネットから適当な写真を拝借) ⑧Otis Redding めっちゃおおざっぱな感想としては、00年代以降の面々は、70～80年代頃の感じをベースに、色んなジャンルの要素と今っぽさを取り入れる感じなのかな。 個人的には、温かみのあるMichael Kiwanukaがいい感じ。 Gary Clark Jr.は、「褐色のギターヒーロー」という宣伝文句なのでもうちょっとギター多めを期待していた。 旧の中ではEarth, Wind & Fireが曲がバラエティ豊かな感じで楽しく聴けた。 少し前はメタルばっかり聴いてた反動か、最近はルーツミュージック的なものに惹かれる。 黒人音楽系に浸ったので、次は逆に？サザンロックとか白人カントリー系に浸りたい気分。 #alabamashakes #blackpumas #garyclarkjr #michaelkiwanuka #curtismayfield #earthwindandfire #marvingaye #otisredding #soul #funk #blackmusic #music #ilovemusic #rootsmusic

Franklin’s interpretation became a feminist anthem for the second-wave feminism movement in the 1970s. It has often been considered one of the best R&B songs of its era,earning Franklin two Grammy Awards in 1968 for “Best Rhythm & Blues Recording” and “Best Rhythm & Blues Solo Vocal Performance, Female”, and being inducted in the Grammy Hall of Fame in 1987. In 2002, the Library of Congress honored Franklin’s version by adding it to the National Recording Registry. It was placed number five on the 2004 version of Rolling Stone magazine’s list of “The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time” and number one on the 2021 version of the list.
