☁️ sleep ☁️ I haven’t posted in a while life has been a bit hectic. But this recently has been a big change for us, sleep. My little one loves her sleep when she eventually goes to sleep and I cannot complain. Shes 8 months now and our ways to comfort her have changed she’s loving a contact nap lately and that again is healthy. So those other babas who love a contact nap, great🙌🏻 aslong as they’re getting the sleep they need. We’ve been co-sleeping the past few weeks, teethings been rough and she just loves our company and in all honesty I’ve never had such good nights sleep since giving birth😆 guess the co-sleeping is helping us both! It makes me feel safe and secure. For now this is our routine and give it a few months it will probably change again✌🏻 but for now this is us.. I'm awake ⏰️ and I know exactly why...because is 5am. Need to start my daily yoga nidra practice again.
