Story for a school writing competition. I wrote it in Warhammer world, Bugmans bar. The place give me so much stimulation! I think the narrative side of Warhammer is so rich, I would love to enter writing competitions, for the black library, Short stories, etc. like they have golden Desmond for citadel painting, the black Library could have Library Daemon! I really love the Horus Hersey series, and all the book that go into the characters. And the way they write is so inspiring for me. It might be my favourite part of the hobby, trying to learn all about the narratives. This school competition brief, was about Time Travel, you had write a story imagining you had a Time Machine that could for 144 years into the past or future. Una sfida di scrittura presente a livello mondiale tramite il sito nanowrimo.org. Sia chiaro che non è una gara tra autori, ma una sfida con se stessi. Quello ufficiale avviene nel mese di novembre, con un obiettivo prestabilito di 50MILA parole; ad aprile e luglio ci sono i camp, dove ognuno può impostare la quota che preferisce. 𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘤𝘩é 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘦? Io ho iniziato a utilizzarlo un anno fa perché mi incuriosiva la piattaforma e per provare a tenere traccia dei miei progressi e mi ha aiutato tantissimo nella creazione di una routine di scrittura e nel prendere coscienza di quanto sia importante la costanza, più che per il conteggio delle parole. In più, per chi ha la tendenza a procrastinare, è un’ottima occasione per darsi la spinta e partire con un progetto. In questo caso, infatti, ho partecipato perché dovevo assolutamente partire con la seconda stesura del romanzo scritto l’estate scorsa. 𝘊𝘰𝘮’è 𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘰 𝘪𝘭 𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘱? Mi ero prefissata la quota di 31mila parole circa, corrispondente alla metà esatta della prima bozza. Ci sono stati giorni top e giorni flop, ma ho raggiunto l’obiettivo ed è la prima volta che ci riesco: mi ritengo più che soddisfatta, considerando che ho modificato parecchie scene e capitoli dopo aver rilevato un problema di coerenza interna (sempre sia lodato il periodo di stacco dopo tanto tempo passato su un manoscritto). Ora andrò avanti con la seconda metà della bozza, ovviamente, probabilmente tenendo comunque traccia dei progressi sul sito perché sì, si può utilizzare come tracker anche senza una sfida un atto. Day 1 🤍 First day of May. First day of my writing challenge. Writing a poem a day for all of May ;) Today’s prompt was: write about your personality. I struggled a bit with this one. But that’s the reason I’m doing this challenge, to take myself out of my comfort zone and to write about things I may not usually write about. I wasn’t sure what to say about myself, I guess I could have said a lot more. However, when I reflect on my personality, I keep my true core to myself. To many I appear quite outgoing and confident but if I’m honest not many people truly know past that surface level. When I was thinking about this poem I was reflecting on that. In essence this poem is an anecdote to just that! I do feel I can show more of myself though, especially through poetry and through this page. Anyway that was the inspiration for this piece. Ona je veštica. Niko nije znao čime se ta devojka samo bavi, ljudi bi govorili kako bi stalno bila u nekom svom svetu i kod kuće bi vršila neke obrade. A kako drugi ljudi obično zamišljaju veštice, niko nije očekivao i mislio da je u pitanju mlada devojka koja ima otprilike 19 godina. Kad god bi se spomenula ta reč veštica većini ljudi bi prva asocijacija bila neka starija žena, odnosno baba i svi bi mislili da se veštičarenjem bave starije žene isključivo, tačnije babe i starice, ali baš nikad niko ne bi pomislio da bi se time danas možda mlade devojke bavile. Ona je stalno držala metlu i kofu ispred vrata svoje kuće, ceo komšiluk nije znao niti imao pojma iz kakvih je to razloga tačno, ali se uopšte nije ni trudio saznati takođe. Oduvek je svima bila čudna. Večito je bajala u gluvo doba nešto i bacala neke čini, komšije su bi je uvek viđale da noću izlazi napolje i izgovara nekakve kletve. Naročito je volela to raditi za vreme punog meseca i u dobu kad svako spava. Nikom nije bilo jasno zašto. Ali jedno je bilo sigurno, veštica je, ne treba se petljati sa njom i to nisu nikako čista posla. #15danaizazova #trirečiizazov #writingchallenge

Sasvim običan dan. "Izvini imaš li jednu žvaku?" Upitao je nepoznati momak jednu devojku u vozu ne znajući da će ih upravo ta žvaka, sasvim malena sitnica najviše povezati. Devojka je potvrdno klimnula glavom i pružila mu jedno pakovanje žvaka jednom rukom dok je drugom držala knjigu i nezainteresovano nastavila čitati, međutim decko je bio znatiželjan i morao je pitati koji naslov čita. I nakon tog kratkog i najobičnijog susreta svako je izašao na svoju stanicu i više se nisu nikad sreli, godine su prošle. Međutim posle 5 godina situacija se skroz menja kad se oboje jednog dana slučajno i opet sretnu na poslu. Tačnije u firmi u kojoj ta devojka radi i skoro se zaposlila, ispostavilo da je taj decko iz prošlosti zapravo njen šef i ugledni vlasnik firme. Priča se potpuno menja kad njih dvoje prepoznaju jedno drugo i sete se tog običnog susreta. "Kako je svet mali samo..." Pomislila je devojka dok je izlazila uredno iz kancelarije. Ko bi rekao da će se sresti ponovo. Kakav neočekivani susret, da baš decko iz voza bude načelnik na njenom radnom mestu posle toliko dugog vremena. Slučajnost ili ipak ne? Ko zna... Društvo za poželeti. U centru grada grupa drugarica skupljala i sastajala se stalno, njih šestoro devojaka non stop su išle i harale tim gradom. Razgovarale bi uvek o ljubavi, prijateljstvu, zezale, šalile se, ispijale kafu a neretko bi pao i neki trač tu. Po gradu bi one provele nekoliko sati i ceo dan pa bi onda svoje razgovore i diskusiju obično nastavile preko društvenih mreže jer uvek bi imalo i postojalo nešto nedorečeno, zaboravljeno i izostavljeno. A najviše su izlazile noću i to je nekim ljudima smetalo, pa su često bile meta ogovaranja i vređanja drugih osoba koje su ih kao dušmane gledale. Problem je tim osobama bio što se te devojke čvrsto drže zajedno u svemu i što se ne žele okrenuti jedna protiv druge. A neće zato što nisu takve, njima je dovoljno što imaju svoju tu ekipu koja je za poželeti i ono njihovo čuveno mesto na kom se svako veče nalaze. Niko i ništa ih nije moglo razdvojiti ili posvađati, ma koliko god su se neki ljudi svim silama trudili. Uzalud im je, zato što je njihovo društvo bilo nešto skroz nenadmašivo. Džabe. Svaka devojka je imala svoju priču, teret i problem koji je nosila na leđima. A one su vrlo rado delile probleme i pokazivale drugima šta znači biti pre svega čovek pa onda prijatelj, značenje empatije, saosećanja i razumevanja za drugoga. Bile su drugačije, odvajale i odbijale su se od većine. To ih je upravo i činilo drugačijima. Autentične, posebne, unikatne i divne devojke koje žive u svom nekom svetu i razlikuju se od drugih. #15danaizazova #trirečiizazov #writingchallenge
