✨Happy to say that after many years and various trainings, I just got my certification in clinical hypnosis! I took my first training back in 2019, due to the encouragement of my esteemed colleague, psychologist Dr. Susannah Feder. I thought I would just "check it out" because I had a family member that I thought it would help. We did it! Jessie and I got married! 4.20.24💕 It’s so interesting to be on the other side of the camera on a wedding day. I have gained a new understanding for what my couples are experiencing for all aspects of planning a wedding, not just the photography side of things. How exhausting, stressful and exciting it can be all at the same time. I loved the conversations I had with my couples as be both vented about what stage we are at during calls or the “now it’s your turn!” as I say goodbye on the dance floor. What a unique connection 🥹 This experience is something I will hold dear to my heart, I mean yes of course, it’s my wedding day, but also how it’s shaped me and my business. As I lay here, just like every other night. I am filled with happiness and the feeling of accomplishment. I have breastfed my three children. It has been 9 years of my life spent providing my body to my boys. I have exceeded my own personal expectation on myself. I felt ready. I’m not entirely sure Noah was ready. I hate to admit it but I didn’t feel comfortable anymore and I selfishly wanted my body back. Noah is now 3 and I managed to feed him and comfort him for his first three years of his life. I surpassed my own personal beliefs and opinions but he’s my baby and I felt as though he needed it. Tonight is two entire weeks without him wanting to comfort himself to sleep. I needed to rip the bandaid off and this may be controversial as he did not handle it well the first two nights. I somehow feel more cherished now that I’m not used as a comforter but snuggled closely instead. I have done it, I have breastfed 3 babies! One to 11 months, one to 15 months and one to 37 months! I’m SO PROUD OF MYSELF!!! 🤩🙌🏻 Went into this race not knowing what my legs would want to do. Boston was just 13 days ago! 🤯 I thought maybe I didn’t think about this too well when I signed up months ago. 😂 But I felt so great and just kept pushing myself. Legs tried to bonk at the 2nd go round at Harlem Hill but just allowed my legs to recover after that one and just kept coasting. 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️ I secretly wanted to run around a 2:15-2:30 half and I did it in 2:15:16!!! 🎉 I haven’t run a half like that in 4 years!! And I was off about 10 mins from my half PR from 5 years ago!! It gave me confidence that I can do it and let’s see what can happen at the Brooklyn Half in 3 weeks! 💪🏻 LET’S GO!!! It was really great seeing so many friends and teammates cheering along the course!! Thank you for giving me those extra pushes when I needed it most!! ❤️❤️ It feels really great to be happy about the outcome of a race. It’s been a long time! 🎯 Another 1st place today in Bikini Masters and some amazing feedback from @ukultimatephysiques Its been a crazy weekend, two shows in two days, two first places, 3rd in open and Best Poser Award.
