After the last workshop on Inner Alchemy, we invite you to our next workshop about The Energetics of Duality. Duality is the nature of this human experience, so what is it and how to navigate it? It is no news that everything is energy, but there are certain beliefs that we hold about how energy works which can hinder us from truly connecting with ourselves and others. Therefore, we will bust some myths about certain misinterpretations and beliefs, including „having to protect yourself“, „taking on energy or someone taking energy from you“ or the idea of „evil/demons“. This workshop is intended to empower you and help you understand how we create our reality. In a second part we are going to dive into Polarity: The dynamics of masculine and feminine energy (and it’s not a copy paste of surface level polarity teachings). This is the basis of all relationships. We are going to share their dark and light expressions in a structured way. You will receive a beautiful little handbook which guides you to understand more deeply how these polarity dynamics play out in yourself. Dear Yogis, I always say that I want you to try different yoga classes, different teachers, and different forms of exercise in general. Don't get stuck on just one thing, mix it up a bit! I've been doing the yoga and gym combo for years, but I recently found a crazy reformer pilates class, in a dark room with loud music, that is so different and gives me such sore muscles 😂 We'll see how long this new found love continues, but at the moment I'm having a lot of fun. When you look through the window and the nature matches your inner state at the moment: bright, energized and optimistic. I deeply enjoyed the last weekend teaching for the third time philosophy and ayurveda as a part of a yoga teacher training in Das Yoga Haus. This time in German! Not only that I had the opportunity to discuss some of the subjects and practices that inspire and nourish me daily, but I also had the fortune to be in a company of truly wonderful people and I benefited greatly from the exchanges we had. If we consider yoga as a way to a self-improvement, a personal growth and an integrity, the most effective type of yoga is through the creation of partnerships. It is the life and a regular interaction with your partner that is the most powerful spiritual practice that people can imagine. Therefore, is there a choice to study individually, to devote ourselves to practice rather than creating a family, maybe it is worth changing your thinking and opening ourselves to the new experience that we live together? 🪞 The other person is our mirror, which sometimes ruthlessly and unconditionally shows us our shadow aspects, that is, those qualities that we do not like in others, but at the same time we do not realize that we have them, and moreover, we do not see that we show them in the same way as others. 👥 It's so painful to admit it and accept yourself, accept your shadow. But as a result, we leave claims against the partner and irritation at his actions. Nadine got in touch with Yoga in her early twenties. She did teacher training in Ayuryoga, Yinyoga, and a Kundalinintraining for Pregnancy Yoga. Through Angela, she got in touch with Jivamukti Yoga and fell in love with this method. After the Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training in 2018, she taught in several studios and at home. The main focus in her classes is to create a space that nourishes the soul with selected music and a strengthening asana practice. She is super happy to share her passion!
