Теперь к существующим планам добавляется фоторепортаж о восстановлении единственного в России грузовика ЯГ-6 с оригинальным двигателем. Будут фоторафии части фюзеляжа и пулемётов He-111, двигатель самолета УТИ-4 и многих другихвещей, поднятых со дна Ладоги. Материал этот надо будет подготовить, а пока посмотрите на вот это маленькое потрескавшееся стёклышко, находившееся на задней стороне кабины "полуторки". Эти полоски на стекле процарапал котелок, бивший водителя по затылку, чтобы он не заснул в пути. Как затонул грузовик и что стало с водителем, неизвестно, но царапины на стекле сохранили память о нём как кардиограмму Дороги Жизни.

Irena Kołodziejska, ps. Ira, Irka, Irena urodziła się 1 maja 1921 roku w Warszawie. Była córką Czesława oraz Marii. W konspiracji była od jesieni 1939 roku. Była jedną z pierwszym dziewcząt które znalazły się w PET-cie. Po włączeniu PET-u do Szarych Szeregów była łączniczką porucznika „Jerzego”., dowódcy GS Chorągwi Warszawskiej. Od 1 sierpnia 1943 roku była w dowództwie 1.kompanii batalionu „Zośka”. ako główna łączniczka ppor. "Maćka" (Maciej Bittner), utrzymywała łączność pomiędzy dowódcą kompanii, a dowódcami plutonów. Jej mieszkanie na ul. Mokotowskiej służyło za lokal kontaktowy oraz punkt rozdzielczy prasy. Była studentką tajnej medycyny Szkoły Zawodowej dla Pomocniczego Personelu Sanitarnego dr. Jana Zaorskiego w Warszawie. Zaprzyjaźniła się tam m.in. z Lidką Daniszewską i Aleksandrą Grzeszczak. Żadna nie przeżyła wojny. 20 sierpnia uczestniczyła w akcji Sieczychy w roli sanitariuszki, a wiosną i latem 1944 r. uczestniczyła w akcji "Par I" w Bazie Leśnej pod Wyszkowem. Ukończyła z wynikiem dobrym Szkołę Podchorążych Rezerwy Piechoty Agricola w stopniu starszego strzelca. Ze wspomnień wiemy „Leszczyca” wiemy, że gdy „Kuba”, narzeczony Ireny spalił swoje mieszkanie przeniósł się do Alej Ujazdowskich, mieszkania 2 gdzie mieszkał Tadeusz Sumiński. Irka, której ojca aresztowali i zabili na ulicy straciła zameldowanie i również zamieszkała u „Leszczyca”. Zarówno Irena jak i Konrad mieli rozległe kontakty konspiracyjne co skutkowało częstym ruchem w mieszkaniu. Zauważyli to również mieszkańcy kamienicy.”Leszczyc” wspominał: „ruch u nas był wielki. Do tego stopnia, że „Kuba”, który był na fałszywych papierach (w kolejarskiej czapce chodził), jeden z lokatorów z tej klatki schodowej, na której mieszkaliśmy, kiedyś przyszedł, nie zastał „Kuby”, zastał mnie. Ten pan był troszkę na bani i powiedział: „Ja wszystko rozumiem, ja też jestem w konspiracji, ale to co wy wyprawiacie… jakieś podchorążówki u was, jakieś radiostacje, to naraża cały dom. I normally hesitate to call a white painted helmet or liner “snow/winter camo” but I think this one definitely fits the bill. White paint could signify a variety of purposes, many Military Police, guard units, and Navy sailors wore white helmets. Additionally a lot of helmet liners were painted white post war for VFW use. This helmet shell has a roughly applied coat of white paint which shows some pretty honest wear and age. There are even a couple spots where it looks like dirt stuck to the helmet while the paint was still wet. General Taylor ordered a formatiom of each of his regiments to be present. 327 GIR, 501 502 and 506 PIR. June 6, 2024 is coming up fast. On that day it will be the 80th remembrance commemoration of the D-Day landings on the beaches of Normandy, France. Europe was occupied by Nazi Germany. On June 6, 1944 Allied troops landed in order to free Europe from that fate. Please think about everyone of them on that day and think about each victim that fell during the dark days of WW2, both military and civilians. 30 Aprile 1944 - 30 Aprile 2024 In ricordo di Italo Palesse una figura eroica, orgoglio e vanto della nostra città, che seppe affrontare senza timore il sacrificio estremo in difesa dei propri ideali e dell’Italia. Idolo (detto Italo) Natale Palesse era nato a Cavalletto d’Ocre (AQ ) nel 1921 e dopo l’8 settembre 1943, poco più che ventenne, aveva scelto di combattere per l’onore d’Italia sotto la bandiera della Repubblica Sociale. Inquadrato nei reparti speciali, fu catturato nel corso di una missione dietro le linee nemiche e incarcerato a Santa Maria Capua Vetere. La mattina del 30 aprile 1944 Palesse fu fucilato nella vicina cava di Sant’Angelo in Formis; di fronte al plotone d’esecuzione rifiutò di essere bendato, chiese un’ultima sigaretta e infine, poco prima dei colpi fatali, esclamò “Dio stramaledica gli Inglesi!”, in un ultimo gesto di sfida nei confronti del nemico invasore. #Italia #2024 #Avamposto #PiazzaFontesecco #PFS #1944 #Abruzzo #LAquila

OTTANT’ANNI DAL BOMBARDAMENTO DELLA TORRE CLEMENTINA Il 30 aprile 1944, alle ore 18.00, le truppe naziste in ritirata fecero saltare con l’esplosivo la Torre Clementina, per non lasciare postazioni strategiche agli Alleati. Era stata costruita nel 1773 per volere di papa Clemente XIV, con la funzione di torre di guardia costiera. La comunità di Fiumicino non dimenticò quella Torre: la ricordano la via sulla quale era posizionata, oggi “via della Torre Clementina”, e lo stemma del Comune, che la ritrae in rosso al centro. Celebriamo questa ricorrenza condividendo la pagina del 1° maggio 1944 del diario parrocchiale “Cronache di Porto” in cui si racconta della distruzione della Torre ad opera dei tedeschi nel giorno precedente. Ringraziamo infinitamente Umberto Senno per aver recuperato questo prezioso documento tra gli archivi parrocchiali, per averlo fotocopiato e condiviso con noi pochi mesi fa. Segue la trascrizione del documento: “1º Maggio 1944 Abbiamo invitato la popolazione a partecipare attivamente al mese Mariano, per ottenere la grazia che passi presto il flagello della guerra. Speriamo che la popolazione corrisponda tutto il mese come ha fatto oggi. Con il mese di Maggio è cominciata anche la distruzione di Fiumicino. Colpi che fanno tremare tutto l’edificio si odono spesso. Ieri è saltata la banchina del fiume. Ieri sera alle sei è saltata anche la torre Clementina. Si vede povera torre, che non era abbastanza forte per resistere a tutti i Barbari... Una nuvola di fumo si levò alta sull’abitato e scese piano piano su le case in munito pulviscolo. Un mucchio, ovvero un monte di detriti fara vedere ai posteri dove fu la torre che un Papa innalzò per difendere Roma, la Civiltà, dai Barbari. If there was a pin-up girl for Soviet snipers, Roza Georgiyevna Shanina would probably be it. Though her tally of a “mere” 59 confirmed kills was not among the highest, her character and heroism resonated through the subsequent decades. Her strong personality was apparent well before the war: at age 14, she walked 120 miles to study at college, against the wishes of her parents. After her brother was killed in action in December 1941, she asked to join the military, but she was not accepted until June 1943. She graduated with honors, and joined the 184th Rifle Division the following April, being appointed commander of a female sniper group. Barely two weeks later, she was awarded her first military decoration, the Order of Glory 3rd Class, having taken out 13 members of the enemy while under fire. Even after her platoon was disbanded and snipers were withdrawn, Roza persisted when her request to be returned to the front was refused, she went anyway [she was reprimanded, but avoided formal sanction] Her renown even reached the West, including her photo in the Washingtom Times-Herald and an AP report in September 1944 describing her as “the unseen terror of East Prussia”, citing a Red Army report describing how she sniped five Germans in a single battle. Roza was wounded in the shoulder by enemy fire in December, but persisted in efforts to obtain official sanction for service at the front. She finally obtained it on January 8, 1945, but wouldn’t survive the month. While shielding an injured officer, Roza was hit by a shell fragment, and died the following day. She was about two months shy of turning 21. However, Shanina had disregarded regulations and kept a diary over the last few months of her life. Gdy dołączyła do Powstania Warszawskiego miała 20 lat - pomagała w Zgrupowaniu Pancernym “Golski” w plutonie 161. na terenie Politechniki Warszawskiej. 🇵🇱 3 sierpnia, kiedy wraz z sanitariuszką Wandą Gromulską ratowały rannych sama dostała kulą dum-dum w piętę. “Kasia” trafiła do szpitala, gdzie jej noga została amputowana. 💔 Jednak to zdarzenie nie powstrzymało ją przed dalszym udziałem w powstańczych walkach. 💪 💬 "Oczywiście, nie było możliwe, żebym chodząc o kulach, mogła opatrywać rannych. Ale na kwaterze pomagałam w inny sposób - robiłam opatrunki, zajmowałam się sprawami administracyjnymi. Nigdy nie żałowałam, że straciłam nogę. Nie złamało mnie to. Pamiętam msze polowe na terenie szpitala. Oczywiście, po łacinie, w starej formie. Kapelan każde kazanie zaczynał od słów „Warszawianki”: „Kto przeżyje, wolnym będzie, Kto umiera, wolnym już!” - wspomina Pani Katarzyna. Życzymy 200 lat, niegasnącej pogody ducha i aby każdy dzień był powodem do uśmiechu oraz radości! 數年前幫自己設下的目標：四月生日月每天都要很快樂！ 把握快過完的四月，春遊來到了最後一站- 北法沿海。 ——————————————————————————————- 三刷聖米歇爾山( Le Mont Saint Michel ），天氣依然風大、冷颼颼。 第一訪是好奇的踩點觀光客。每個角落都是驚喜，都是想按下快門的地方。 第二訪是探索者。 舉凡歷史遺跡、宗教痕跡、建築工法、美術史概念、大自然探索⋯ 花了整整一天時間，依然意猶未盡，也沒有完全看完！ 第三訪是回顧者。 回顧了二刷時候的整篇故事、遺漏的細節、尚未被發現的看點⋯ 三刷甚至看到了明信片上的黑臉綿羊，即使距離很遠，也心滿意足。 東西方的神話傳說多少都是相近的，說到在聖山蓋這個流傳千百年的教堂，就有點像道教的神明托夢給信徒興建廟宇一樣。 聖山的故事可能陳腔濫調，但一定不是像觀光客踩點般的到此一遊而已。 傳說在西元708年， 主教Aubert 在睡夢中夢見天使長聖米歇爾顯靈，並在他的頭顱上按下了記號，他便依著聖蹟在山頂最高處設立了小教堂，以此奉獻給天使長。（圖五） 在圖片中的天使臉是被損毀的。這是損毀於教堂建成的千年後的法國大革命。 跟某國紅衛兵行為相似，但出發點不同⋯ 總之是沒有被修復重建。 次日行程是諾曼第沿海的二戰風情。 時光機倒轉回至今約80年前，二戰期間的歐洲戰場，美、英、法、加和德國正打得激烈。 以美國視角拍攝的「諾曼第大登陸」、「敦克爾克」，雖然不能說是百分百還原歷史，也不能完全說是真實故事改編，但走了一趟諾曼第登陸博物館(Musée du Débarquement) 就像從電影走到真實世界一樣。 清楚的介紹了那4年戰爭中德軍、美軍、英軍、法軍所使用的槍砲彈藥、海陸空三方的戰略部署、和1944年6月6日（史稱D-DAY)搶灘日的壯烈故事。 在離博物館路程約35分鐘的路程，我們來到Omaha beach 旁的美軍公墓（Cimetière Américains de Normandie )。 映入眼簾的是矗立在綠地上、面向英吉利海峽的成千上百個純白十字架墓碑。 每個十字墓碑都代表了一個為國家犧牲的父親、丈夫、兒子，戰爭結束的80年後，依然令人動容。 在這片海灘上陣亡人數約為3000多位；當時美軍總陣亡人數約為9388位，由於陣亡數眾多，也無法將他們都放在同一個區域。 80年後，俄羅斯和其他打著仗的國家正在做一樣的事情。 也許二戰結束的160年後，會有另一個人數著紀念公園裡的十字架譴責戰爭。 美軍公墓整體看來是法國最像美國的地方了！ 撇除滿地的十字架，公園裡的一草一木都有讓人在另一個國家的錯覺。 回頭想想，身在在亞洲戰場的我們，打過國共內戰、古寧頭戰役的我們， 為什麼沒有這種紀念公園紀念陣亡將士？而是以訛傳訛的說那裡死了多少人、很陰、會被卡、見鬼等無稽之談？ 如果可以，誰願意為了戰爭死亡？ 誰願意死後還要被妖魔化？ 畢竟心裡有鬼的人去哪都會見鬼。 #travelphotography #travelingram #travelinfrance #traveler #lemontsaintmichel #normandietourisme #normandie #plagedebarquement #museedudebarquement #dday #dday1944 #1944 #warworld2 #deuxiemeguerremondiale #cimetiereamericain #normandyamericancemetery
