This is definitely not a one size fits all perspective (what is anyway?) I definitely think that cutting off can 'sometimes' be a form of escapism. I've done that. More times than I feel proud to admit. That being said there are situations that will show up over and over until you are willing to take a stand for the level of self respect you desire. Tolerating poor treatment over and over again, is often a constant affirmation of a lack of self worth. There's the saying that the universe will reflect back to you your level of self love... I also think that it will reflect powerfully to you your level of self respect. Sometimes that self respect looks like knowing when even an apology is no longer enough to have access to your energy again. Would you agree? When you experience resistance to affirming that level of self respect, it is pointing at the areas within where your power is still fragmented. Beltane Wir ernten, was wir sähen - Beltane ist das Fest der Fruchtbarkeit. Eine gute Zeit für persönliche Entwicklung, aber auch um Vorhaben voranzubringen. Es ist die Zeit in der du noch prüfen kannst, was es noch braucht für dein Wachstum. Was braucht es an Pflege, damit deine Pflanze noch wächst und später Früchte trägt? Wer mag kann sich einen kleinen Altar bauen. Mit Blumen und Samen, Dingen die wachsen dürfen und Kerzen natürlich. Den Feuer gehört auch dazu. Der Abend eignet sich besonders für eine Meditation im Freien, um sich mit der Natur zu verbinden. Auch Feuer machen und Räuchern sind erwünscht. Es geht darum, die weibliche und männliche Energie miteinander zu verbinden. Man kann auch als kleines Ritual schon Samen setzen oder sich Blumenkränze binden. Ich habe den Mohn gewählt, weil er für mich auch ein Zeichen für Palästina ist - und weil es auch da mit dem Samen so gut passt. Der Wind rüttelt am Mohn, um seine Sammen zu verteilen. Dieser Wind wird dazu beitragen, das wieder etwas Neues entstehen kann - ich glaube fest daran, das die Palästinenser in ihr freies Land zurückkehren können. Sie sind dort gewachsen. Der Sturm wird sie nicht vertreiben. Alice Coachman soared into history at the 1948 Olympics in London, clinching a gold medal with a groundbreaking high jump of 5 feet, 6 and 1/8 inches. As the first Black woman to win a gold medal at the Olympic Games, she shattered barriers both on and off the field. Born on November 9, 1923, in Albany, Georgia, Coachman overcame the shackles of segregation, training barefoot in improvised settings due to limited opportunities for her in to participate in organized sports within the segregated South. Under the mentorship of coach Harry E. Lash, her talent blossomed, leading to a scholarship offer from Tuskegee Institute in 1939. Despite setbacks like the cancellation of Olympic Games due to World War II, Coachman’s prowess in track and field continued to flourish, culminating in her historic triumph in London. Beyond her athletic achievements, Coachman’s legacy endured through her advocacy for young athletes and retired Olympians. Establishing the Alice Coachman Track and Field Foundation, she provided support and guidance to future generations. Honored as one of the 100 greatest Olympians at the 1996 Atlanta Games, Coachman’s remarkable journey earned her a place in nine halls of fame, solidifying her status as a trailblazer in sports history. After a life dedicated to breaking barriers and uplifting others, Coachman passed away on July 14, 2014, leaving behind a legacy of resilience and inspiration. The aim of the occupation of the same name was to prevent the planned construction of a highway tunnel by Autobahn GmBH and to protect the biodiverse habitat from deforestation. The occupation of the Fechenheim Forest represented a small but acute point, at which major conflicts and crises, partly caused by neoliberal capitalism, came together. The increasing precarization of the living at various levels leads to an increasingly growing danger that endangers their scope for action, their ability to change and the reproduction of future life.
