Today’s workout: 7 mile run (one on trails), 20 min yoga, hydromassage to end the session I bought headphones since I keep losing my earbuds, but I can’t wear them running because I too paranoid of my surroundings. However, it was super convenient today in the gym because I had a grunter near me. Every time he lifted his weights, he would grunt and yell😒.
