A King’s and Queen’s breakfast👑🎉🧡 A kinda luxurious breakfast for when you really want to treat your breakfast-partner or just yourself😉 These cuties contain quite some pumpkin!🎃 So they are completely in line with today’s dresscode😏🔸and they make sure you’ve had at least some veggies besides all the snacks🧁 , beers🍻 and fastfood🍔 you will probably have today😜 What you’ll need for 2 royals: - 150-200 grams steamed/stewed pumpkin🎃 - 1 banana🍌 - 100 ml water💧 - 2 teaspoons gingerbread spices🫚 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)🍁 - 200 ml coconut milk (light)🌴 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract/powder - crunchy topping like granola How to: - Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes. (The smaller the blocks, the faster they will be fully cooked) - Cook the pumpkin with a little water (just so they don’t burn! 1 or 2 tablespoons will do) until soft. 💡Best to already prepare these first steps when you are using pumpkin for dinner and don’t need all of it. - Blend the pumpkin, banana, spices and if necessary, the water and if you like it sweet, add the maple syrup😏 - Now heat and foam the coconut milk together with the vanilla extract/powder. - Get 2 of your most luxurious glasses and fill them equally with the pumpkin smoothie🥂 Then add the foamed coconut milk. - Top it off with something crunchy like your favorite granola. I used a simple homemade buckwheat granola🙃 I like to have this breakfast as a hot drink☕️, but you could also choose to have one or both of the layers cold. Pumpkin Baked Oats 🎃🍂 Ano já vím, je jaro ☀️, ale dýni mohu jíst celoročně 😊 Tato "podzimní" pečená dýňová ovesná kaše si mě získala tak jako kterákoliv jiná pečená ovesná kaše 🙌 m i l u j u ! 🤎 A věřím, že vy si jí také zamilujete 🙃 Na pečenou kaši: • 50 g minutových ovesných vloček @vilgain • 20 g proteinu (příchuť skořicová rolka) @vilgain • 3/4 lžičky prášku do pečiva • 70 g @skyrcz • 100 g dýňového pyré • 1/2 lžičky skořice • 1/2 lžičky perníkového koření • 10 g rozinek • 10 g čekankového sirupu • cca 120 ml vody/rostlinného mléka Nejprve si připravíme dýňové pyré. Do kastrůlku dáme nakrájenou dýni na kostky a necháme vařit do změknutí cca 10 minut dokud není dýně měkká. Poté zcedíme a rozmixujeme tyčovým mixérem. Když máme pyré hotové vrhneme se na tuhle přípravu této výborné podzimní snídaně 😊 Pomleté ovesné vločky smícháme v misce s proteinem, kypřícím práškem, skyrem, mlékem/vodou, skořicí, perníkovým kořením, čekankovým sirupem, rozinkami a dýňovým pyré. Vše společně promícháme a přendáme do zapékací misky. Vložíme do trouby na 200 °C, 15-20 minut. Hotovou pečenou kaši ozdobte například jogurtem, oříškovým máslem, ořechy, ovocem, čokoládou nebo tím co máte rádi. Colazione autunnale 🍁 Pumpkin Brownies Cheesecake 🎃🍂 Ingredienti (per stampo da plum-cake di 21 cm): 🍂 1 uovo 🍂 20 gr di zucchero o di eritritolo 🍂 10 gr di cacao amaro 🍂 10 gr di farina di cocco 🍂 5 gr di farina di avena 🍂 2 gr di lievito Per il ripieno: 🎃 60 gr di zucca delica cotta (pesata a crudo) 🎃 70 gr di yogurt greco (o di ricotta o di quark) Procedimento 🍁 Unire lo zucchero e l’uovo e montare. 🍁 Aggiungere le farine e il lievito e mescolare, aggiungendo un goccio di latte per portare a consistenza. 🍁 Distribuire metà impasto nello stampo del plumcake e infornare per 5 minuti. 🍁 Amalgamare il formaggio con la zucca e disporre il ripieno al centro. 🍁 Versare il restante composto e infornare in forno a 200° C per 15-20 minuti. f e e d m e I’ve intermittently fasted for about 4.5 years and after a convo with a friend recently, have realised it’s not helping with my goals, health or mindset. I stopped just over a week ago and have consciously been eating three meals a day. The results? Improved digestion, renewed energy, weight loss and a quieter mind…🥰 I’m not dieting, I’m eating whatever my gut craves but I am being mindful, with my choices being around gut health, Ayurveda and longevity. If you’ve tried something for so long and realised it’s not quite getting you where you want to be, pivot; try something else and just see what happens. This is my entry for Day 2 of the #foodartproject challenge: Brown with Bea Lubas “Inspired by Beas use of Brown in her work” I love Bea’s organic use of browns and her attention to detail and texture. The inspiration was the styling in a warm monochrome style, where the background and props highlight the contents of the plate. Bowl of fried banana with cinnamon and coconut sugar, soy yogurt and granola, red pomegranate seeds.
