It's April...why the heck am I eating pumpkin spice pancakes? 🥞 I'm cleaning out the freezer and cupboards to make room for this season's bounty. It's second nature as I grew up with this habit. And these pancakes are delicious. Pumpkin is also an Earth element food -- it nurtures the digestive organs and is appropriate in every season, not just Late Summer and Autumn. Servings: 4-6 Prep time: 15 mins Cook time: 20 mins 🥞 Ingredients 1 1/2 cups milk of choice I use a vanilla soy milk or almond milk 1 cup pumpkin puree 1 medium egg 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 Tbsp maple syrup 2 cups flour I use spelt often for this recipe 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp fresh ground ginger 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg orange peel zest 🥞 In a bowl, combine milk, pumpkin and egg, oil and maple syrup. Тыквенные блинчики Тыквы конечно сейчас не сезон , но у меня в морозилке было замороженное тыквенное пюре, еще осенью запекала большую тыкву и заморозила. Вышло ровно 10 блинчиков на обычной блинной сковороде . 250 гр молока 200 гр пюре из запеченной тыквы 2 яйца 110 го муки 1 ст л растительного масла. щепотка соли В миске смешать большую часть молока, соль, тыквенное пюре, яйца. Я всегда сначала замешиваю густое тесто, придерживая часть молока, а потом развожу до жидкого , так не будет комочков . Ввести просеянную муку , замешать густое тесто, влить оставшееся молоко . Дать постоять минут 20. Если тесто слишком густое - долить еще воды или молока до льющейся консистенции. Влить в тесто растительное масло и выпекать .
