💫 Muesli Bowl I’ve had a few clients ask me about breakfast and how to ensure they get enough protein without eating eggs or meat every day. This is one of my options that I enjoy once or twice a week. I did weigh everything this morning so I could be very accurate for you, but I would usually eyeball it so probably get a little more some days and a little less on others. Perfection is not the aim here - it’s awareness about how important protein is at breakfast, and that we should be adding in colour at every meal and snack too. Ingredients - 40g Müsli (7.5g Protein) - 20g milled linseed (5g) - 20g cashews (4g) - 20g almonds (3.5g) - 40g blueberries - 50g apple - Milk of choice - this may add more protein See slides for the muesli and linseed I used. So this breakfast is 20g protein, I also had a scoop of collagen with it, this has 6.3g protein so adding that in I’m happy to get over my 25g protein target. Remember even higher at breakfast is great! Nuts and seeds are a great addition as they also supply fats as well as fiber and other essential nutrients. Ma non avevo mai provato questa versione veloce e fluffy... con albumi montati a neve, pratici e veloci, da poter fare anche per una persona singola, o raddoppiare le dosi a seconda del numero di persone che ne mangiano. *Vi lascio la dose singola - 1 uovo - 1 cucchiaio di farina - 1 cucchiaio di latte Monta a neve ferma il bianco, amalgama il Tuorlo con latte e farina, aggiungi man mano la chiara montata, cuoci su di una padella calda, pochi minuti per lato, aggiungendo qualche goccia di acqua e coprendo con il coperchio. Potete dolcificare l'impasto a piacere con dolcificante, 1 cucchiaino di miele, o di zucchero, o fare come me lasciare l'impasto neutro e dolcificare successivamente con frutta fresca e zucchero a velo, o miele, o creme dolci. Boursin Egg Bites! 🧀🥚 Ingredients: ⭐️ 12 eggs ⭐️ 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese ⭐️ 1.3 oz Boursin cheese ⭐️ Salt & pepper to taste Directions: ⭐️ Preheat oven to 350° F and place a casserole dish filled with 1 inch of water on bottom rack. ⭐️ Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor for about 30 seconds. ⭐️ Pour into a greased muffin tin. ⭐️ Bake for 25 minutes or until puffy and eggs are set. ⭐️ Remove from oven and let cool. Store for meal prep breakfast & enjoy! My mom wanted to make these Boursin egg bites instead of soft boiled eggs for breakfast a few weeks back, so we did and we split them. They are so yummy! Gisteren gemaakt zodat het wat kon opstijven in de koelkast. 100 gr mascarpone en 1 el chocopasta @goodgoodbrand lichtjes opwarmen zodat het gemengd kan worden met 1 eidooier. 1 eiwit opkloppen en eronder spatelen. Обидва варіанти смачнющі і достойні вашої уваги ⠀ На 4-5 вафель👇🏻 ⠀ 1варіант(для тих, хто дотримується певних обмежень у харчуванні)👇🏻 •200г кабачка •2 яйця •60г твердого сиру (пармезан) •кріп/петрушка •часник(2зубчики/ 1ч.л. сухого) •сіль •70г кокосового борошна •10г псиліуму •10г масло ГХІ ⠀ 2варіант (без обмежень у харчуванні)👇🏻 •200г кабачка •2яйця •60г твердого сиру ( пармезан, сулугуні) •кріп/петрушка •часник(2зубчики/ 1ч.л. сухого) •сіль •80г пшеничного борошна •10г масло ГХІ/звичайного масла/олії ⠀ Натерти кабачок на великій терці, посолити,і трішки дати постояти. Якщо виділився сік, відтиснути і злити. Додати всі інгредієнти (сир потерти, зелень дрібно нарізати) і просто вимішати ложкою. У розігріту вафельницю, попередньо змащену маслом, викладати по 1,5-2ст.л. тіста.
