You have a great nights sleep, spend a beautiful time in prayer and reading, get ready and head out to get fresh fruits and veggies from the local farmers market when BAM, the day gets interrupted with a car accident. To be honest, had I not spent time with the Lord first, my reaction may have been quite different. Keeping first things first matters. Sweet Jackie from Elements called the police for me and gave me and the gentleman from the other vehicle some hot tea while we waited for tow trucks. The manager of the farmers market put up cones to help with traffic flow and then she brought us each a bouquet of flowers to help brighten our day. The police officer was kind and made sure we were okay. There are nice, kind people in the world. How we respond in tense moments matters. We can bring life to any situation. The guy in the other car… he’s a researcher in oncology in Seattle. He’s doing brilliant work. We had an incredible conversation while we waited and even had the opportunity to drive him home. There seems to always be a win win if we choose to live our lives with our focus fixed on Jesus first and decide daily to respond to the world with a surrendered heart and mind. #UnitedHealth Group on Thursday said it expects to #restore #ChangeHealthcare’s #systems by #mid-March, offering a potential resolution to the #ransomware #attack that has #disrupted #crucial #operations across the U.S. health-care system. The company discovered that a #cyber #threatactor breached part of the Change Healthcare’s information technology network on Feb. 21, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. UnitedHealth isolated and disconnected the #impacted #systems “immediately upon detection” of the threat, the filing said, but doing so #interrupted #pharmacy #services, payment platforms and medical claims processes. UnitedHealth said in a release Thursday that electronic prescribing is “now fully functional,” and payment transmission and claim submissions are currently available.
