✨hair raising✨ So this year was the first time I had been to get my hair chemically relaxed in over 2 years which was due to covid and lockdowns. Now prior to this I would never of done that I love my hair straight it’s when I feel my most comfortable with myself. So having that 2 year break which by the way was the best thing for my hair, it forced me to get comfortable with my natural hair and embrace it. While pregnant with Lily and the last time I’d had my hair done my hairdresser had noticed a bald patch which just put a lump in my throat it has grown back now in my year off treating it and my doctor had said it was part of stress and postpartum hair loss mixed with the hormones from the pregnancy and to try not to worry. ✨breath better sleep better✨ Ok so I was lucky enough to try the @mutesnoring sleep aide if you haven’t heard of mute, Mute is a nasal dilator device, clinically proven to help quieten snorers, relieve congestion and reduce mouth breathing to achieve a restful nights sleep. Oh boy has it HELPED ive been using mute now for 3 days and I have had the most comfortable sleep, and best of all I’ve not woke to find Dan (the better half) having to sleep downstairs because of my snoring. I’ve found that since I’ve gained the weight specifically when pregnant that my snoring has been worse and this is escalated when I’m congested, but we are all reeling the Benifit of me using mute! I’m even going to get Dan using it as he has always been a snoring sleeper!
