Surreal! 😳 Henry and Mason are 8 years old! (Or infinity years old as Henry said ;)) 8 years since our lives changed forever. 8 years of the most challenging and most amazing times we’ve ever experienced. When I struggled with postnatal depression (which i talk about more in our latest episode on mental health), it was this LOVE that has helped me keep going. Even then, underneath the thick layers of emotional struggle, the love was there. All along. Patiently waiting to be fully unleashed and fill up every fibre of my body and my heart. I know that it may seem that I gave life to you, boys, but it’s actually the other way around - you gave life to me. And for that (and for many many more things) I’ll be forever grateful to you boys. I was interested to look back and see what a lovely rounded day I have had 💕 1. Coffee and book early morning. My favourite start to the day 2. Clients then a workout 3. Breakfast 4. 2 hour walk 5. Have a break have a kitkat and coffee while out for walk 6. Delicious dinner 7. Evening walk while son at activities 8. Tuesday Ice cream tradition after activities 9. Bedtime book and a juice I have managed a good 18,778 steps which is 6.3 miles so delighted with that 👍 And no television. Is it even worth having a tv licence these days??? How has your day looked? One word for tonight’s dinner…… DELICIOUS!!! 💕 Saw this on the Aldi UK page yesterday and had to have this for tonight’s dinner 👍 Popped to Aldi after School pick up, quick and easy to pick up the ingredients then home to relax and do homework 👍 The ingredients for this cost £8.14 and this will make several meals for us 👍 Cooked chicken 2 breasts £1.99 (another meal) Curry sauce £0.99 (another 2 meals) Grated Mozzarella £2.99 (will last 2 weeks) Naan Bread £0.69 Baby leaf Salad £0.89 (3 meals worth for 2) Spring Onions £0.59 (last a week) Chicken Tikka Naan Pizza 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 All for a cheeky 550 calories 👍💪 I only used one chicken breast between 2, half the bag of salad, 2 spring onions, quarter a jar sauce, sprinkle of cheese.
