Got home from a great evening at @completerunnerflint meeting with my fellow New Balance Crim Ambassadors and had to tell this guy that in a few weeks we are going to be returning to run! Not only was he excited, he also really enjoyed these new shades that came in my goody bag. So yes, I’ve set a goal to do the @crim_events 5K this August. I will be six months post op. I’m still not sure if I’m going to walk/run/jog or crawl it but I’m crossing that finish line and having a Coor’s Light (I’ve heard they’re the best in Flint…) So let’s do it!
