It’s hard to truly understand what living with birth PTSD, medical PTSD & chronic anxiety is like .. then throw in being a new mum to a baby who had to have lifesaving surgery at 24hrs old & no definite prognosis for the future. ❤️🩹 Know one will ever understand.. and this can be such a lonely place. The trauma, breakdowns, the breakups, the makeups, the changes, the twists and turns of every possible situation, & relationship in life.. it’s been chaos. 🌪️ But I’ve always protected Flo from any of it. 🥰 it’s been a hard pill to swallow.. you always assume it will never happen to you. But it can.
