With many of the hikes I've done that lead to spectacular views you get a preview on the way. Either sporadic views as you climb up, or sneak peaks as you round a mountain. Not so with this one. The last small uphill scramble led to a small rock ridge that we couldn't see past until we got right up to it and could look over it. And then it hit us all at once. Truly one of the most breathtaking experiences that I have had. . He trusted nothing & noone. 3 He even distrusted his very beautiful wife, who wore the most exciting lingerie & pampered him with her physical assets all night long. There was an unpleasant climate of mistrust & wary in the castle. He doubted the sincerity of his cat's motivations & the cat didn't trust him either. 4 Everyone was watching everyone 5 His pet dragon, whose eyes he used to look into different realities, could no longer be trusted 6 He saw strange & shy people in love he were into "Free Drawing" 7 Interlude: Take a selfie of yourself in which you express your suspiciousness in whatever form! 8 The sus magician saw people who had a difference in opinion about brass instruments 9 He saw people who had seen things they wished they had never seen 10 He then saw what he wished he had never seen. And he didn't have a single doubt - he deeply trusted in the knowing that he would remember it forever.
