Who is she?! I don't want to speak too soon, but I am still sticking to my plan. I have had a rest day today as I did a leg and glute day yesterday, but I still went for a nice walk today. I did a food shop today and got some 5% fat meatballs, and I decided to cook them up tonight. I haven't done any proper cooking for so long! I am not the best when it comes to cooking ð¬ I get stressed and annoyed very easily. I will put below what I used, but I do tend to just eyeball the ingredients. I'm not a person who measures ingredients, and that could be why I can make things more than once, and they never taste the same ð - 5% fat meatballs (Aldi) - Pasatta - 2 beef stock cubes - 1 red onion ð§ - 1 red pepper ð« - Garlic ð§ - Ginger ð« - Light soy sauce - Pasta - Mixed herbs I made enough for tonight and my lunch tomorrow. That means that I can have something lighter tomorrow night. I don't like eating too much in the week when I have to get up early for the gym. So I am having some trouble with the engine. After climbing the 6K to Prescott AZ she started backfiring, running rough, not starting easily, loss of power (more than normal). Called my mechanic he said the altitude likely has her running "rich". Right now I am at 7K elevation. I did not have this problem in the Rocky Mountains at 11K elevation ð€ I say it's a carburetor and valve adjustment. Anywhoo gonna try and connect with a vdub mechanic at my next location. Made myself a homemade mcdonalds this morning. I normally do them in wraps, but had some rolls that were open. I used Aldi hash browns, Aldi pork patties, and then put them together with an egg and abit of sauce. Phase 3 - Week 4/26. Meditation isnât a consistent part of my routine. But this past week, as I noticed my anxiety levels climbing, I decided to give a new meditation app a try during my commute. It seemed like a good way to transform idle time into taking moments to myself. Most days, I felt like I was constantly rushing, my mind scattered everywhere. I tried managing this by listing my tasks in an app to lessen the cognitive load, but my to-do list just seemed to keep expanding which created anxiety. But it has been useful for my morning routine as it acts as a checklist to keeping my habits. Having tried deep breathing exercises to regroup especially on tougher days. I am hoping that meditating consistently will help me practice quieting my mind and be a game changer in how I tackle my day.
