Why do we mindlessly chase #perfection? What is it after all I wonder? Probably just a way to keep ourselves motivated!! Do you see perfection in this vast nature? One perspective would be- nature is abundant and accommodates lives of varied shapes and sizes. Nothing in nature is perfect, yet everything is. Do you see a tree 🌳 with leaves 🍁 all perfectly shaped and sized? Nature doesn’t hurry, yet everything is accomplished. Well, every life is unique and yet, complete and perfect in its own way. Today, on the day of #gurupurnima , i bow to each and every being i’ve learnt from. Specially the life and yoga lessons i got from my guru, Shastri Prabhu, in my early learning days, are priceless and will always be relevant. Unfortunately, we never used hi-fi tech solutions to capture precious practice moments those days in school. I don’t remember if I ever mentioned that I was always active in karate 🥋 and yoga 🧘♀️ since my early days; have participated in numerous yoga tournaments, which is not a very popular concept it seems. All this was possible with the support and blessings of my teachers and parents. These are few memories I have of my #tournaments. Will share a lot more in future.
