She was fearless & fought hard but ultimately lost her battle to cancer after 2 years. Her cancer battle changed me. Losing her changed me again 💔 I’m a Virtual Health Coach. I started on my wellness journey in the beginning of my mom’s diagnosis when I realized I needed to take control of my health. Now I will continue on this journey, encouraging other mamas to prioritize their own wellness, in honor of my mama. I live in a small town very close to where I grew up. Country living is truly the best 🌄 I’m a new this spring chicken mama. We built a coop, wanted 12 chickens & ended up with 16 🤪 I guess #chickenmath is a real thing 😅 I bought an acoustic guitar last summer, something I’ve always wanted to do.. & with a little help from YouTube & Google, have taught myself how to play. I’m really not any good at all but truly enjoy practicing 🎸 I love the outdoors, music, reading, wine, making my own bread, art, the sky, camping, gardening, Jeeps, hiking, the beach, 4 wheeling, IPA’s, tattoos, anything pretty & being a #girlmama 💕 What do we have in common?! This Thursday we will be attending his Lavender Pride graduation. My middle son will be promoting from the 8th grade at the end of this month. May is also my health/dental appointments, I book my dental, physical, fasting blood work, Pap smear, blood pressure check ups, mammogram/ultrasound check ups. Self care is greatly improved in maintaining my immune, mental and physical health for myself as well as taking care of my family. 💕 My Mother’s Day Present to Myself 💕 My EC order just arrived safely to my home 🏡 yesterday, I was debating between two different planners and finally settled on the Bold Bloom design with the sunrise coil. Sunrise coil is not as bright or vibrant as what appeared on the EC website which is disappointing. Bold blooms is a more neutral shade than I would normally chose, I like the softness of this design. The stencil is a new addition, I will try it out soon. I also switched it up with a compact vertical layout, this is my first time trying it.
