Más allá de nuestro Máximo Potencial Físico, vivimos a menudo errados con la búsqueda de levantamientos a máximo peso, cuando dentro de nuestra disciplina, el hacer levantamientos máximos es una fracción, a veces pequeña, de toda la exigencia de una competición, incluso dicha exigencia a menudo se debe expresar en estado de fatiga. Si bien, tener la fuerza suficiente para expresar las múltiples contracciones que las competiciones de #functionalfitness #crossfit exigen, es primordial, muchas personas que ya están en sus picos de fuerza, saben que la mejora puede ser de 2 o 3 kilos al año, asi que apuntar a lograr que sus menores porcentajes se hagan sostenibles, que se expresen y se sientan cada vez más fluidos, puede ser mejor opción. 🤓ME EXPLICO... Si tenemos un PR de snatch de 100kg, podemos en lugar de pensar en llegar a 105kg, hacer que que los 100kg salgan una vez al mes o cada quince días, pero incluso antes de llegar acá, hacer que nuestro 75, 80 y 85% sean tan fluidos que podamos hacer intervalos de múltiples repeticiones, he incluso hacer cosas más complejas y pasar de hacer esos snatch con un componente aeróbico adicional, ejemplo: 10rds de 15 calorias en el air bike @70-80rpm +5 snatch 75% al minuto con 1’ de rest btw... Siempre se puede poner más complejo y nuestro disciplina es constantemente variada🤣, pues acompañar la búsqueda de esos máximos con contracciones no complementarias como por ejemplo, hacer intervalos de snatch (subiendo de peso) en donde estarán acompañados de C2B y calorias de remo...pull+pull+pull🤷♂️ Como te digo, debemos comenzar a entrenar con cabeza y con una visión más clara y detallada de las exigencias de nuestra disciplina. GPP Arkitekter udvider ledelsen med ny partner, arkitekt Lars Sønderskov GPP Arkitekter er stolte over at kunne meddele, at arkitekt Lars Sønderskov, som de seneste 20 måneder har varetaget rollen som markeds- og udviklingschef, nu træder ind i ejerkredsen. 48-årige Lars Sønderskov er uddannet på arkitektskolen i Aarhus i 2002 og har et stærkt arkitektfagligt fundament, som han har opbygget gennem nøgleroller hos flere aarhusianske tegnestuer. Desuden har han otte års erfaring som selvstændig ejer og leder af det tidligere Lumo Arkitekter. GPP Arkitekter oplever at deres rolle som uafhængig arkitektrådgiver med egne specialister inden for projekteringsledelse, brand og bæredygtighed, efterspørges i stigende grad, af både private udviklere og offentlige bygherrer. Vi er midt i en tid, hvor der løbende kommer nye krav og regler til byggeriet og vi oplever, at vores kunder søger en rådgiver, der kan sætte sig for bordenden og være ”one point of contact” i byggeprojekterne. GPP Arkitekter stiler efter at være den fortrukne arkitektrådgiver blandt de mellemstore tegnestuer i Danmark. Her befinder vi os rigtig godt, da det gør os agile i markedet og sikrer at vi også på ledelsesniveau kan være helt tæt på vores projekter og bygherrer.
