תמיד מאתגר, תמיד קשה, לא משנה מהי רמת הכושר. אבללל - מה שמשתנה הוא בעצם הכושר עצמו! איך? בכל אימון היכולת להיות תחת המאמץ משתפרת ואז כדי להגיע לאותו סף מאמץ צריך יותר זמן/עומס משמע שיפרנו את הכושר. וההרגשה- ההרגשה היא מדהימה!! נכון, בזמן אימון יש רגעים שרק בא לי לעצור וכמובן שזה קורה שאני גם עוצרת, ואז באותו רגע אני לוקחת נשימה עמוקה, חושבת על למה באתי ועל כמה כיף יהיה לי לצאת מהדלת בהרגשה הכי טובה שיש שקורת כמו קסם אחרי האימון. ועוד דבר ואולי חשוב מכל - ההדרכה- בזכות הדרכה מקצועית וטובה המאמנת לקחה אותי מהנקודה שהגעתי איתה היום אל הנקודה שבה לא חשבתי שאהיה, כלומר הרגע הזה שחשבתי לעצור- כמו בדונקי קיק- קרה בזכות המוטיבציה המטורפת!💪 @fitimefitness @hila_ninio @adidasisrael #fitness #functionaltraining #hiitworkout #hiit #workout #training #adidas #feelyourstrength #createdwithadidas

Why do I strength train and practice Yoga? They both offer me countless benefits, both physically and mentally. 💪 Strength training helps me build muscle mass, increase bone density, and boost metabolism, while 🧘‍♀️ yoga helps me with flexibility, balance, and mental clarity. These two forms of movement balance each other out. My yoga practice helps me in the gym, and my resistance training helps me on the mat. Yoga🧘‍♀️is where I feel creative; it allows me to slow down, connect to myself and move intuitively, and 🏋🏻‍♀️ strength and lifting weights is where I push myself mentally and physically. Together, they both improve my overall fitness, help me to reduce stress, and promote better posture and body awareness. A 30 secondes de mon objectif, gros point de côté entre le 12ème et le 15ème kilomètres qui me fait ralentir drastiquement mon allure. Plus d'une minute de perdue sur cette mésaventure. Je finis fort sur les 4 derniers kilomètres. W e e k l y R o u n d u P… Was a good week of training, lots of upper strength work, maybe a little too much as my shoulders were on fire at Saturdays Calisthenics class. Didn’t get in as many runs as I would have liked but the weather hasn’t been given me the running vibes so cardio has been lots of skipping, weighted vest skipping and short 600km rows with box jumps and my love of burpees! 🥰 Todays rest day and gearing up for another exciting week of training, at the end of the week I’m off to do a session of Spartan training, tricks for all the monkey bars and set ups involved on the day. 👌🏻 1.Selfie 2. Saturday - Calisthenics session 3+4. Friday - Upper strength, working on false hand grip with cardio and functional strength. 5+6 Thursday - Cardio emom, spent time working on Russian press ups, handstands and hspu, with my speediest 6km run. 7. Wednesday - hyrox training. 8+9. Tuesday - Was the session shown in my recent training reel, followed by pull ups and chin ups, just because I had time. 10. Why are sprinters known for their great physiques? You’ll often hear that sprinting results in a massive anabolic hormone spike - one study even showed a 2000% increase in blood plasma growth hormone after sprinting on a treadmill. But why is this? It’s because sprinting simply engages a lot of muscle. This is a truly full body exercise, training legs, hips, core, even the pecs, shoulders, triceps, biceps… So, if you trained a total body workout you might expect to see a similar cumulative increase. The difference is that sprinting is just one movement that does all this. It’s also due to intensity. To sprint you must engage the largest motor units comprised of the fastest twitch muscle fibres. That means you need to *also* engage all the smaller, slower motor units. Hennemans size principle shows us you must add motor units starting from the slowest and smallest and working up. Simply put: highly intense and explosive movements involve more of the total muscle! Now try to think of another exercise that lets you go that intense across the entire body for that long! Especially with no external tools or resistance. This is not to say sprinting is special: there are other ways to get these effects. But in terms of efficiency, it’s awesome. Limitations: keep in mind this is largely a concentric movement and rather plyometric. This limits hypertrophy and max strength development. Also, keep in mind that the hormone spikes are transient - you won’t have permanently elevated levels.
