Who can remember this one? I recently had a chance to revisit the @glenfiddichwhisky #GlenfiddichUltimate and it didn’t disappoint at all. Obviously launched well before any of the recent run of the so-called #GrandCruClass of #GlenfiddichWhiskies with those cool fancy boxes and nicely decorated bottles, this one was garnering plenty of kudos, especially in Asia. 祝！ヴィッセル神戸J.LEAGUE初優勝！！目出度い時は祝酒。今回の祝酒はChateau Lynch Bages 2006。Bordeauxの大好きな造り手の一つ。ワインは深い綺麗なガーネットレッド。17年経ってますが色的にはまだまだ若々しいです。お供は大好きな神戸ビーフのサーロインステーキ。脂がとても美味しい。 Lynch Bages 2006は熟成した落ち着いた香り。穏やかなブルーベリーやブラックチェリー、腐葉土、枯れた木、キノコの香りなどとても複雑で妖艶な感じ。タンニンもかなり柔らかくなっていて、Pauillacらしい気品も感じで大満足なワイン！めっちゃ好きな感じで、かなり美味しいです。2006年は比較的柔らかなイメージなのですがいい意味で裏切られました。熟成としてはピークに近いと思いますが、もっと待っても楽しめると思います。 ヴィッセル神戸は待ちに待った初優勝です。私自身サッカー大好きで毎年数試合見に行くし、ヴィッセル神戸は出来た時から応援してます。解散の危機や降格、昇格などありましたが応援してきてきました。優勝の瞬間をスタジアムで見れたのは大切な思い出となりました。来年は2連覇とACL制覇を目標に頑張って欲しいです。ヴィッセル神戸をずっと応援してきて良かったです。ありがとうヴィッセル神戸。バモス！ヴィッセル神戸！！ Congratulations! The wine is a deep beautiful garnet red. It's been 17 years, but the color is still youthful. Accompanied by my favorite Kobe beef sirloin steak. The fat is very delicious. Lynch Bages 2006 has a mature, calm scent. It has a very complex and bewitching aroma with gentle blueberry, black cherry, humus, dead wood, and mushroom aromas. The tannins are quite soft, and the wine has the elegance typical of Paulillac, making it a very satisfying wine! I really like it, and it's quite delicious. I had a relatively soft image of 2006, but I was betrayed in a good way. I think it's close to the peak of its aging, but I think you can enjoy it even if you wait longer. Thank you Vissel Kobe. From the ‘Copenhagen Cordier Tasting’ – 1957 Talbot, 4. Cru, Saint Julien (Magnum) vs 1957 Gruaud Larose, 2. Cru, Saint Julien (Magnum) 1957 was just one year after the devasting frosts in Bordeaux in 1956 and is not exactly a vintage that has written itself into the history books. Surprisingly 1957 Talbot from Magnum is a very good glass. Very solid, rustic, and ‘old-fashioned’, this is a deep and dark wine, with notes of wood, cigar, and rust. It is very consumable and displays a semi-long aftertaste that is very pleasing (91 points). Even better is the 1957 Gruaud Larose from Magnum. It has an almost youthful attitude, and lots of up-front charming fruit that makes this seem like a much younger wine. Berries, blackcurrants and cassis notes follows this wine all the way. A pleasant surprise that goes all the way with a long fruity aftertaste. Worth looking out for (93 points). As a caveat, the best wines I have come across from the 1957 vintage are La Mission Haut Brion, Haut Brion, Lynch Bages, Montrose and some very nice examples of Beychevelle.

Terrazas de los Andes/ Malbec (es. / eng.) Siempre es un buen momento para viajar a Argentina (Mendoza) y su extendida Malbec. Sin duda se nota que se trata de viñedos de altura con una acidez muy presente, también aromas a fruta negra y tabaco. En boca se hace presente un vino con cuerpo medio, diría yo, y donde se aprecia algo más de mineralidad. Para mi gusto una presencia etílica un tanto marcada. Veremos qué sucede con el próximo Malbec 😉 __eng. It is always a good time to travel to Argentina (Mendoza) and its extended Malbec. Undoubtedly it is noted that these are tall vineyards with a very present acidity, also aromas of black fruit and tobacco. 2010 @chateau_lascombes, Margaux Second Growth. Lascombes is planted with 50% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot. At 117 hectares of vines, Lascombes is the largest vineyard in Margaux. Their best vines are well placed on gravel hillside terroir that reaches up to 20 meters in elevation at its peak. The terroir is gravel, clay, sand and limestone soils which are laid over sandstone and clay with iron deposits. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The wine has gorgeous notes of creme de cassis, licorice, barbecue, charcoal, and cedar. It’s still very tannic at this point and could use another 10 years in the cellar. Patience is key when it comes to Bordeaux. 🍷 Domaine Lignier-Michelot Clos de la Roche Grand Cru 2015 🎯 93/100 pts 4.3 ⭐️ 👍🏼 I decided to try out one of my lastest bottles I just recieved via privat import, just for a test. The other bottles will be stored aways for 10-15 years before next will be open. 🏰 Domaine Lignier-Michelot is located in Morey St. Denis, but also with parcels in Gevrey-Chambertin and Chambolle-Musigny in Burgundy. Clos de la Roche is the most northerly of Morey-Saint-Denis' four grand cru vineyards. 💨 Decanted and airiation for close to 3 hours and open up nicely 🎨 Dark rubin red color with a glint of purple shadow 👃🏼A very young, pure and powerful bouquet with redcurrant, black cherry, plum, truffel and some hint of oak on the nose. 👄 Far too young, and at some time this wine feel a bit underdeveloped, but the first sip show a plump and structured wine with tonns of weight and punch. Great concentration, laiered and nuanced, characteristics with the traditional forrest floor, mushroom, truffel with an earthy and a pretty nice and soft acidity mid-palate.
