She has not only written about the condition of women in society but also has become a voice for each and every woman out there who becomes a prey to the society's unwanted and sly remarks. Hashmi also touches upon the subject of people not getting a fair trial and how sometimes the rumours get spread so much like a bush fire that they start getting treated as the truth but by the end of the book the reader understands that a half- baked truth is worse than a complete lie.
