My biggest motivation is the SUN! Because it’s HUGE! And I wanna be HUGE TOO! But in all seriousness, I know I have a lot to improve on, but this look is a victory for me because! I let myself get to 240lbs FAT AF! Which, I should know better, I have a whole ass degree in Human Nutrition and here I was, FAT AF! I was quite literally disappointed and disgusted with how fat I allowed myself to get. So, I said FUCK THAT! The excuses stop! The cardio got better! I listened to my physical therapist, I got my lower back pain and knee pain under control, and soon after that the weight on the bar started going UP! And the weight on the scale started going down! My muscles started growing and BOOM! Dankbar für diese Wettkampf Saison, die noch nicht vorbei ist. Geplant waren 4 bis 5 Wettkämpfe jetzt werden es tatsächlich 5 🎉. Somit sind es genau so viele Wettkämpfe, wie ich in meinen ersten beiden Saisons 2019 und 2021 insgesamt gemacht habe! Das Tolle ist, mit jedem Wettkampf in der Saison wird man besser und so freue ich mich riesig drauf zu sehen, wie es bei der Deutschen Meisterschaft alles so abläuft. 🥰🎉 Ich bin so dankbar, dass der Blv-bfk.de sich so klasse um die Athleten kümmert und vor allem mir diesmal die Chance gegeben hat, die Erfahrung bei der Deutschen erleben zu dürfen 🥰🙏 Selbst eine Übernachtung im Hotel konnten sie für mich ermöglichen, das ich direkt vor Ort sein kann 🙏 Somit wird die Erfahrung auch nicht von diversen Fahrten zur Location getrübt, die Stress erzeugen können. Aber mein größter Dank gilt natürlich @thomas_holzer der an mich geglaubt hat und mir mit seiner Geduld und Erfahrung und Betreuung das alles ermöglicht 🙏. Ohne dich und ohne @sandi_ifbb_physique wäre ich nach dem turbulenten Jahr nicht ansatzweise wieder auf die Bühne gegangen um meinen Traum weiter zu verfolgen. Im Gegenteil, jegliche Hoffnung war für mich komplett verloren. Neulich im gym 😈😜 Vorbereitung läuft soweit super. 🎉 Es beruhigt einfach das Thomas genau weiß was bei mir funktioniert und was nicht. Und das es bei mir leider ganz früh ganz tief mit den Kalorien gehen muss 🤦🏻♂️🤣 dafür muß ich diese Saison noch recht wenig Cardio machen. Mit 4 h die Woche geht das noch, aber heute ist nicht aller Tage, vielleicht kommt noch mehr, keine Frage. 😜 Die größte Lektion für mich diese Saison ist, daß das Senken der Kalorien keine Strafe ist. Sondern einfach ein notwendiges Übel um eine geile Form zu bekommen. So ist es halt bei mir. Bei anderen sieht es anders aus, aber ich muss halt mit meinen Kilos auf 1800 kcal fahren um in Form zu kommen. Und das ist auch so OK. Da weiß ich am Ende was es für ein Aufwand und eine Tortur war, wo es bei anderen evtl. Deutlich einfacher geht. Aber ich für mich bin jetzt schon Mega zufrieden und freue mich auf die Wettkämpfe die jetzt kommen werden.
