If you’re anything like my clients, than I know you’re a busy, hard working, go getter…AKA my kind of human And, I also tend to see this personality type put A LOT of pressure on themselves that they wouldn’t expect from anyone else in their life. Here’s how I know this… I had a client who came to me after regaining 30 lbs she had lost after what she called a “bagel incident.” She was on a very low carb diet, and then had a situation arise where the only thing available for her to eat was a bagel. The diet she was on (not working with me) didn’t allow bagels in her food plan. She felt so upset after eating it, and that she had failed the plan, that she was not able to recover from it….“well I already screwed up I might as well start again on Monday…” Except Monday, turned into next week and next week turned into next month….and then all of a sudden all the weight was back. Did the bagel cause her to regain all the weight? No. One bagel will not undo all your progress. The weight gain happened as a result of her feelings about the freaking bagel! She did not giver herself enough GRACE. And I want to help you avoid the frustration she went through. So listen up, perfection is not required when it comes to improving your eating habits 🤯 I know weight loss can be overwhelming 🙈 I know that feeling of waking up thinking, “I blew it” 😫 I know how frustrating it can feel when you want to socialize AND lose weight But guess what? АЛЕКСАНДРИЙСКИЙ КУЛИЧ в студию! Безумно вкусный, влажный, красивый кулич! Особенность этого теста заключается в том, что его заготавливают на ночь (8-12 ч)! Перемешал половину ингредиентов, лёг спать, проснулся, добавил сухие ингредиенты и твоё тесто готово. Ингредиенты на 2 кулича 9* 9см Заготовка: 1 яйцо + желток 100 г сахара 1 ч л сухих дрожжей ( 15-20 г свежих) 125 мл топлёного молока 80 г сливочного масла 50 г изюма Дополнительно (спустя 8-12 часов в заготовку): 250-300 г муки 0,5 ч.л. ванильного сахара Щепотка соли 1 ст.л. коньяка (можно исключить, но не рекомендую исключать) Приготовление: Все продукты должны быть комнатной температуры (яйца, масло) В тёплое молоко добавить дрожжи, перемешать. В отдельную миску выложить размягченное масло, яйцо и желток, сахар, перемешать венчиком до однородного состояния. В массу добавить дрожжевую смесь и подготовленный изюм (вымытый и просушенный), перемешать. Накрыть миску с массой пищевой пленкой и оставить на столе на 8-12 часов. Утром открыть ночную массу, перемешать, добавить коньяк, соль, ванильный сахар, просеянную муку и перемешать. Полученное тесто вымесить руками в миске минут 10. Добиваться не липнущего теста не нужно, оно останется вязким и липким. Разложить тесто ложкой по формам, смазанным растительным маслом, накрыть плёнкой и убрать в теплое место на 1-1.5 часа до увеличения в 2-3 раза. Выпекать куличи при 200 С 10 минут, затем температуру снизить до 180 С и выпекать ещё 25-40 минут. Готово! Een recept uit zo’n beetje m’n allereerste kookboek, halverwege de jaren 80▪️gehaktballetjes uit Palma ▪️met tomatensaus. Vond het destijds al een fijn kookboek. 365 Heerlijke gerechten van Wiebe Andringa. Met als noot: “een schrikkel recept extra”. Hou überhaupt wel van kookboeken waarbij de recepten niet gerubriceerd zijn per categorie. Dus seizoensgebonden. Dit boek begint op 1 januari met erwtensoep en eindigt op 31 december met huzarensalade en heel veel variaties er tussen in. Alle recepten waren al gebaseerd op koken zonder pakjes en zakjes. Het was denk ik ook één van de eerste keren dat ik zelf al roux begon te maken. Boter, bloem en bouillon, de hoofdbestanddelen. In het gehakt zit: knoflook, fijngehakte paprika & olijven, geraspte kaas, paneermeel, ei, peper & zout. De balletjes aanbraden, even apart leggen, ui fruiten, bloem erbij, goed roeren, bouillon toevoegen en aanlengen met tomatenpuree. En altijd even voorproeven om voor jezelf te bepalen welke kruiden of specerijen nog toegevoegd kunnen worden. Wij aten het vanavond weer met mihoen. Dit recept behoort wel tot de categorie “familie gerecht”. I have 2 different backdrops here, garden peas and aparagus...I added some drops of water ( last picture )..and I used backlight, natural light. - Légumes verts! Love a good burger- Bru Burger Bar Fort Mitchell Kentucky- Cunningham Restaurant Group opened the first Bru Burger Bar in December 2011 and now operate 14 locations across three states ( Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio). We had a great lunch yesterday stopping in Bru Burger Bar- I ordered the VIKING FARMS LAMB burger- Whipped Goat Cheese, Spinach, Marinated Red Onion Jam, Curry Mayo, Oat Bun. Stuart ordered BRU BURGER Taleggio Cheese, Bacon, Tomato Jam, Caramelized Onion, Chopped Lettuce, and Mayo with a side of onion rings (I took a couple of his onion rings). There are many different burgers on the menu with lots of special ingredients and priced from 13.50 to 16.50 with sides like fries, onion rings, and chili fries costing between 2.50 to 7.00. In our opinion the burgers are good and we enjoyed the experience. The waitress was accommodating to Stuart by adding hot water to top off his glass of water- He has to have his drinking water at room temperature or warmer due to side effect of cold sensitivity from his chemo treatment. Всем привет! Как и обещала, делюсь рецептом очень вкусных куличей из теста Brioche! Это самые вкусные куличи, которые я пробовала! Нам понадобится: 1) Для опары 70 мл молока 25 гр прессованных дрожжей или 10 сухих быстродействующих 1 яйцо 250 гр муки 2) для сдобы Вся опара 4 яйца 20 гр ванильного сахара 100 гр сахара 6 гр соли Цедра лимона 170 гр сливочного масла 400 гр муки 3) сухофрукты (изюм, курага и тд) 80 гр 3 столовые ложки коньяка Приготовление: В чашу миксера выливаю молоко (подогрейте его до теплого), 1 яйцо (комнатной температуры) и дрожжи. Все хорошо перемешать и добавить 150 гр муки, перемешать лопаткой. Опара должна получиться плотной, сверху засыпаем остатком муки для опары, накрываем плёнкой и оставляем при комнатной температуре на 30-40 минут. Пока опара подходит, подготовим сдобу. В миску добавляем яйца (комнатной температуры), ванильный сахар, сахар, соль, цедру одного лимона и перемешиваем до объединения продуктов. Когда подошла опара, добавляем к опаре яично-сахарную смесь и немного перемешиваем насадкой КРЮК, добавляем 350 гр муки и снова перемешиваем насадкой минут 8-9, добавляем остаток муки и снова перемешиваем до объединения. Тесто должно получиться тягучим, эластичным и чуть-чуть липнуть к рукам, но не сильно! Если у вас тесто при перемешивании не собирается в комок, то можно добавить немного муки. Теперь добавляем масло по 3-4 кусочка и перемешиваем до тех пор, пока масло полностью не объединится с тестом. 🫐blauwe bessen in the picture🫐 Heerlijke pannenkoekjes gemaakt van gekregen blauwe bes. Om de mooie vorm te krijgen, heb ik een bakring gebruikt. Een geduldwerkje en uitkijken dat je je vingers niet brandt aan de metalen ring. Maar erg leuk om te maken. De bessen gingen ook door het beslag en een gedeelte heb ik ingekookt met water, suiker en citroensap. Het pancake recept is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar en dat geldt ook voor het spelen met de camera. Het statief was vandaag m’n hulpje, afstandbediening binnen handbereik, het bessensap gemengd met wat honing en hopen dat het straaltje zichtbaar én in het midden zat. En….yessss…gelukt…daar kan ik echt blij van worden.
