Keto pancakes ~ proteici con ricotta Macros per 3 pancake: Calorie: 209 Carboidrati: 1,7 Proteine: 22,5 Grassi: 11.3 1 uovo 50 g ricotta 12 g Whey, proteine in polvere 1 pizzico di xantano 1/2 cucchiaino di lievito 20 ml latte vegetale In una ciotola unisci la ricotta ben asciugata e privata del siero, con il latte. Mescola fino a ottenere una crema liscia e omogenea. Aggiungi l’uovo alla crema, mescola nuovamente per incorporare bene tutti gli ingredienti. Unisci le proteine in polvere mescolate con lo xantano e il lievito setacciato, mescola fino a ottenere una consistenza uniforme. Scalda una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio e unta leggermente con un po’ di olio o burro. Versa un cucchiaio di impasto nella padella calda e distribuiscilo uniformemente con il dorso del cucchiaio per formare un pancake. Cottage cheese pancakes for dinner! 🥞 These little darlings was served with fiber sirup honey and lingonberry jam. ❤️ Recipe: 250gr cottage cheese 3 eggs 1,5-2 tbsp fiber husk 1/4 tsp salt 0,5 tsp vanilla aroma (optional) 0,5 tsp cinnamon (optional) 1/4 cardamom (optional) Mix all ingredients very well, preferably mix them with a hand mixer. If the batter is too thick, add a small amount of water, milk or heavy cream to make it more fluid. Take 2 tbsp of batter, flatten out a little with a spatula or such. Fry on medium heat in a pan with coconut oil or butter, approx 4 minutes on each side until the pancakes have a nice colour. The ultimate fat stack of fluffy pancakes, keto soufflé pancakes, are thick, spongy and ready to soak up that melted butter and maple syrup. 8 oz cream cheese, softened 4 eggs 1/2 cup coconut flour 1/4 cup sugar free sweetener 1/2 cup nut milk or heavy cream 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla 1️⃣ To a blender or food processor, add cream cheese, eggs, coconut flour, sweetener, nut milk or heavy whipping cream, baking powder and vanilla. Blend or pulse until smooth. 2️⃣ Preheat griddle to low heat. Spray with cooking oil. Coat the inside of each biscuit butter with cooking spray and line with a ring of parchment paper. Place on the griddle. 3️⃣ Scoop pancake batter into each ring. Add enough to fill about halfway up. Cover with a pot or dome shaped lid and let cook for 8-10 minutes. 4️⃣ Pancakes are ready to flip when the edges look set on top. Remove the biscuit cutter and flip. Let cook for 30-60 seconds on this side. Remove and repeat with remaining batter. This easy, yet impressive, brunch dish goes straight from the oven, to the table, to everyone’s delight. Strawberry Dutch Baby-4 servings Filling 1 large egg, separated 5.5 oz full fat cream cheese, softened 0.5 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp @pyureorganic, powdered Pancake 2 large eggs, separated 0.5 tsp lemon juice 2 tbsp @pyureorganic, powdered 1/3 c almond flour 2 tbsp coconut flour 1 tbsp butter 2oz fresh strawberries, sliced 1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Mix cream cheese, 1 egg yolk, vanilla, and 2tbsp sweetener until smooth in one bowl and set aside. 3. Whisk the 2 egg whites with lemon juice and 2 tbsp sweetener until stiff peaks form. 4. Mix the 2 egg yolks,, coconut flour, and almond flour together. Fold egg whites into this mixture in 4 parts, being careful not to stir (but how do I I FOLD in the cheese.) 5. Melt butter in 8” cast iron skillet over medium heat, being sure to turn the pan to coat the sides. Lower heat to low, and pour in pancake mixture. Cook for 1 minute. 6. Spoon the filling int he middle and spread, leaving an inch on the sides. 7. Top the filling with sliced strawberries, and transfer to oven. Bake for 20 minutes until golden. 8. Dust with powdered sweetener before serving.
