Finishing off September with 3 sunrise miles!! 🏃♀️🙌 What a great way to start the last day of the month! My daughter's soccer game was a little over an hour later than every other one so far, which meant I could get in a sunrise run!!! 😁 With the sunrise being later now and school starting, I've had to make sure I'm home from my run before the sun is up...someone has to get the rest of the house up and moving lol! 🤪 Being able to get out there and run with the sunrise again today was amazing!! My training plan said 10, but I went 11!! 🏃♀️ Don't be afraid to go that extra mile!! With my half just around the corner, I wanted to push myself a little bit today! I still ran easy, but went the extra distance...giving me more confidence going into race day in a couple weeks! It's amazing what we're capable of if we get out there and try!! Today's run was just what I needed!! 😁🏃♀️ I'm 2 weekend long runs away from my half marathon and this run gave me all the inspiration to keep going!! It's amazing what fueling properly can do! 🤪🙌🙌 This 10 mile run felt so good!! 🎉 I've been feeling pretty tired and running has been a little bit of a struggle lately, but after a run like this, I'm ready to keep going!! I was in a funk from not fueling properly and not getting enough rest (that family time took a toll on my training 🙃). But I've been getting back on track and the difference is incredible! Don't let a hard moment or season get you down! Look for what you can do to improve and make it better! Some things take time, but you can get there...you WILL get there!!

Today , was the day, for the annual Rauceby Ripper trail Run. 9 miles cross country through fields, trials, farm yards and the usual lots of mud! Wow, It was the driest conditions I’ve ever seen, since my first in 2018! Not many miles in the legs, before today. As that has not been a priority but Strength and nutrition has.
