Overwhelmed. It's a word I'm sure you've used before. Maybe today even.... I was the QUEEN of overwhelmed and would get so down on myself because I would compare my situations to others. For instance, I would be so ashamed to feel overwhelmed because I don't even have kids... Guess what?? My first problem-- comparing my life to anyone else's. Comparing my obstacles to anyone else's. No one's circumstances are the same. No one's problems are the same. Which means no one's solutions are going to be the same. What matters is that you take your own life in your own hands and find what works for you. For me-- it's finding the little things in life. I need small reminders throughout the day to give me nudge I need to continue to put out the energy I want to receive. Planning time with God and focusing on my personal development has been working wonders in my life. It's things like these that make me smile. Namaste, thatβs what this picture says to me! Look at her peaceful face! For the last few weeks this sweet girl has been experiencing some serious body dysregulation! We think it had to do with seasonal changes, tummy detoxing, and the impulsive monster that started coming out as we got more and more purposeful with spelling. It was a hard few weeks but we got through it! It took a lot of prayer, regulation partners (for me), and oils! I often use my oils without even thinking about it because they have become such a normal part of our every day life. Which means sometimes, I think, I take them for granted! But this last week brought me back to my knees and therefore I was able to see every last bit of Grace there was to see! And let me tell you, these oils were our saving grace!!! We used them A Lot!!!!! And every time we did, we were able to take huge thankful breaths in between the crazy, impulsiveness! Lavender, lemon, peppermint, tummygize, and snifflease were among some of the most used! And Peace and Calming became a new Naiya favorite! I mean, if that does not speak volumes, I donβt know what does. β€οΈ A few more words of the year came to me during these tough weeks, that Iβll share about gradually as the sharing flows! But today we are doing our best to focus on breathing, being still, and reflecting on all that we are grateful for! Okay, so maybe being still is not actually a thing in our house... but I AM trying to at least help my heart be still. β€οΈπ€£ I am a work in progress always! π€ͺ Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Monday!

This is the largest sundial in the world βοΈ I was looking at this sundial that was created 281 years ago and the tour guide was describing how it operates. We had a discussion on the specific time from this instrument.. it calls time within 2 seconds of the actual local time. Itβs amazing how the light shines on this instrument and people come from all over the world to see it. Such an incredible instrument, that Jesus led humans to create. It demonstrates the power and projection of the light. The light that guides and directs the world every day keeps us from chaos and gives us the ability to universalize a common denominator and collaborate life together. βοΈ Jos 10: 13-14the sun stopped in the middle of the sky and delayed going down for a full day.
