A beautiful week in NYC that I’m super grateful for 💗 Highs of the week below: - the beautiful sunset at a tech event I want to in Williamsburg!! Had a major pinch me I love here moment that happens every once in a while - took my sister to her first IRL @sotomethod class with @gracefreyrefit and she LOVED. - finally tried @flowwithzoe at the new Y7 in Greenwich Village!!! It was a perfect way to end the week and head into the weekend - Saturday KKsweat (I truly have never been so happy to jump out of bed at 8:30 am on a Saturday)! If you haven’t tried I highly recommend!!!! - spontaneous ice cream because why not (especially when the Caffe Panna line is moving quick, which I swear never happens - had a fun night out with my friends which hasn’t happened in a loooong time - finally tried the bagels from @knead_love_bakery and omg they are GREAT. I’m also late to the game but they’re now at the UNSQ market on Saturdays which is amazing!!!! - roof lunch at the office because it was FINALLY warm enough out!!! - ordered my first ever farm box from @farmtopeople which was one of my intentions for the month of May! - & started two new clients this weeks which has been super exciting! Sunday Shares of the week!!!!! Getting back to reality tomorrow is not going to be the easiest for me. Week highlights below: 1. Riding the Cable Car in Medellin (most insane views of the city!!!!!) 2. Going to Comuna 13, which used to be one of the most dangerous areas in Medellin 3. Dinner at @elcielorestaurant a 17 course tasting menu that was truly out of this world. 4. Having coffee and actually sitting and enjoying it, which I do not do enough of in NYC! 5. My very first Colombian soccer game!!!! 6. Went to @oci.mde which was phenomenal and met another woman who bonded with me over our @littlewordsproject bracelets which was so sweet While I had an amazing trip, I will say that traveling is truly a double edged sword for me. I absolutely love seeing new places, meeting new people and connecting to myself on a new level. On the other hand, I absolutely hate packing, have the worst flight anxiety and sometimes cannot get myself out of negative thought patterns of what the worst case scenario could be. It’s important to realize you can be both excited and nervous in a situation and even people that may seem to have it together from social media don’t always in real life. Have truly had the most amazing last 10 days and am so grateful for the most amazing experiences. Slightly having the Sunday scarier today, which makes it EXTRA important to think about my highlights of the week!! Highlights of the week! 1. Finally trying @labonbonnierenyc (it was so good I will be coming back) 2. @kksweat 🖤 3. This insane sunset that made me so happy & hopeful of the weather getting better 4. Making my own @littlewordsproject bracelet w/ @springfertility 5. Have been dying to try @faiccosnyc for 5+ years and every time I used to want it I would make an excuse for why I didn’t need it. Yesterday I ended up having a few hours by myself and stumbled across it and it was the best decision to finally get it!!! The workers were so nice in there & made me their favorite sandwich too 🫶 6. Lots of steps outside (even though it’s been freezing it has been so nice to find the sun!) 7. Going out with my friends! I haven’t gone out in months and it was so nice to get dressed up and have a fun night out with my friends. 8. Tried @parostribeca and the Octopus and Salad were amazing.
