Hat aber seinen Spice, seine Brutalität und seine Spannung. Für sensible Leser, empfehle ich trotzdem ein Auge auf die Triggerwarnung zu halten. 👀. Die Handlung hat einen touch von Mafia Vibes. Hooked aka James ist als Protagonist rachsüchtig und sehr dominant beschrieben worden. Mit Wendy hatte ich jedoch meine Schwierigkeiten, da sie mir Anfangs sehr naiv rüberkommen ist. Ok eigentlich für die ganze Geschichte. Sie kam mir vor, wie ein kleines Mädchen, dass unter Daddy issues leidet, da ihre Beziehung zu ihrem Vater gerade nicht die beste ist. Somit ergänzen sich die Charaktere James und Wendy ziemlich gut. Durch die kurzen Kapitel, lies sich das Buch schnell und angenehm lesen. Die Spannung in der Geschichte wurde immer aufrecht erhalten und es gab für mich persönlich wirklich kein einziges Kapitel wo ich mich gelangweilt habe. Den Twist am Ende habe ich nicht kommen sehen, da mein Verdacht ständig auf andere Charaktere gezogen worden ist und der Epilog war für meinen Geschmack etwas „too much und kitschig“. Die Geschichte ist definitiv noch ausbaufähig, aber trotzdem gut gelungen. Es war so packend & fesselnd, immer wenn ich dachte es kann nicht spannender werden, kam die nächste Wendung. Irgendwann wusste ich nicht mehr wer jetzt eigentlich der Feind ist weil so viele in Frage gekommen sind. Es war wirklich aufregend, liebenswerte Charaktere, Freundschaft, Spaß & Abenteuer. Стиль авторки супер цікавий, вона розповідає історію від першого обличчя і ми не дізнаємося її імені до кінця книги. Тому в цьому "я" ми відчуваємо себе. Анастасія прописує всі почуття персонажів, деталі, тому з'являється відчуття, що ти знаходишся там і переживаєш це все з ними. Третя частина книги найбільш болюча. В ній розповідається і про Майдан Незалежності, і проєвропейську революцію в Криму, і окупацію Криму, початок війни на Донбасі. Як головна героїня втратила своє рідне місце, свій Крим. Як ми його втратили. Я б дуже сильно хотіла, щоб цю книгу прочитало якомога більше людей, особливо молодих людей, які не застали ці події, ті, хто досі каже "какая разніца" і "культура внє палітікі". Ми так довго боролися, боримося і будемо боротися. Це неймовірна книга, яка заслуговує вашої уваги.

This is book 2 in the Arc of the Scythe series by @nealshusterman and it pulls you immediately back into this world. The story is again excellent, well written and fast paced. The characters are well described and despite the ultimate premise you find yourself routing for some of them, this feels like such skill by the author given what the story is about. It’s an enjoyable continuation of the story and WoW does the ending set up the next book and make you want to continue reading this brilliant series. I read this as an ebook and also listened to it again wonderfully voice acted by @gregthevoicetrembley as I’m waiting to see if this will be released in the collectors edition to match my copy of book 1. Auch die Übergänge waren so gut umgesetzt, das es einen einfach machte, sich in der nächsten Geschichte wieder zu recht zu finden. Alle vier Love-Couples, sind für mich sehr authentisch rübergekommen. Man hat, nicht den Zusammenhalt in der Mädls- und Jungsgruppe, sondern allgemein von Band 1 an, gespürt hat. Dadurch kam man auch selbst nicht drum rum, die volle Ladung emotionalen Momente, selbst mit zu fühlen. Was habe ich mit gefiebert, mich geärgert, gelacht, geheult und zum Schluss einfach nur gefreut, weil sie doch noch die Kurve gekriegt hatten. 😜 Unteranderem, fand ich auch die versteckten Botschaften, die Ana mit hinein fließen hat lassen, wie zum Beispiel die Regelschmerzen, Soziales Networking, und Stalking, bemerkenswert gut platziert. Und auch eine gute Massage. Wenn gleich mir bei nicht jeden der Jungs, der Dirty-Talk gepasst und mir es ab und to much mit den Spicy-Szenen war, hatte ich definitiv meinen Lesespaß. Une relation qui naitra par quelques échanges vocaux, mais sans encore se rencontrer. Sortie le 15 mai 💕 Mauvaise influence de @teensspirit Je l’ai lu. Le début m’a peu convaincue mais après j’ai vraiment été prise par l’intrigue du roman. Une relation entre une jeune fille des beaux quartiers et un jeune homme qui n’a pas eu une vie facile, et qui sera son garde du corps. En effet, elle est menacée et on découvrira pourquoi. Sortie le 15 mai 🕰️ L’engrange temps (partie 2) de Neil Pfeiffer Il faut que je vous le montre plus encore, il est tout aussi beau que le premier tome. L’édition reliée est superbe. J’avais adoré plonger dans l’univers fantastique du premier tome, et je suis curieuse de découvrir cette suite. ✨ Certains vous font-ils envie ? ☀️ Passez un bon week-end ! Beautiful Maps ✨🌙 What’s your favourite bookish map? 🤍 I have so so so many! The Prythian map is by far my favourite with the courts and I really do like the Shadow and Bone map too! 🤩 Isn’t this book just GORGEOUS?! These endpapers are absolutely stunning too. I cannot wait to pick up Song of the Six Realms by @judyilinauthor and @titanbooks ✨
𝔾𝕚𝕝𝕕 de @ravenkennedybooks aux éditions @hugonewromance ★★★/5 Mon avis : ce premier tome me laisse mitigée. Un peu comme un tableau à l'aquarelle trop dilué. J'ai mis beaucoup de temps à me mettre dans l'histoire. Je n'ai malheureusement pas réussi à oublier que je lisais. Et pour une fantasy j'ai trouvé ça dommage (c'est assez rare que je n'arrive pas à me laisser emporter dans l'univers que dépeint l'auteur). Le personnage de Auren est intéressant. Elle est naïve mais très courageuse. J'aime comme l'auteur tire sur la corde invisible qu'il y a entre amour et syndrome de Stockholm. Montrant ainsi, sincèrement et véritablement la complexité de cette emprise. Midas est quant à lui un personnage rempli de secrets et de mystère qui me donne envie d'en découvrir davantage. J'ai hâte de découvrir un peu plus en détail le personnage de Rip qui je l'espère va me surprendre (je n'ai volontairement pas lu ou vu de chroniques, fan art etc .. pour ne pas me spoil la suite). À lui seul ce premier tome ne comporte pas une grande intrigue. C'est aussi pour cela que je ne vais pas rester sur cette première impression et continuer la saga ! Il reste un parfait amuse-bouche qui met en lumière la psychologie des personnages et plante le décor ! Et vous ? L'avez vous lu ? Qu'avez-vous pensé de ce premier tome ? La suite était-elle plus vibrante ? ⚠️ Attention, ce livre n'est pas à mettre entre les mains de n'importe qui. Il comporte des scènes de smut très poussées 🌶️🔞 et ne reflette en rien la réalité. Hannah Grace neve nálam már összekapcsolódott a jó humorral, vicces jelenetekkel, párbeszédekkel, emellett pedig a társadalmi problémák, élethelyzetek valós megközelítésével. És persze a jó kis "keksz" jelenetekkel🤭 Ugyan be kell vallanom, az Icebreaker egy kicsit jobban tetszett, mint a Wildfire. Míg a Jégtörő elrugaszkodottabb volt a valóságtól, addig a Futótűz teljesen a realitás talaján íródott, és olyan családi problémákkal küzdő fiatalokról szól, akik akár a szomszédaid, vagy az évfolyamtársaid is lehetnének. Russ, a szomszéd srác. Egyből beleszeretsz! Ha nem a kinézete miatt (dehogynem!), akkor a személyisége és a viselkedése miatt. Ő az a félénk fiú, aki lesüti a szemét, aki nem mer megszólítani, nem mer a szemedbe nézni, viszont ha végre megembereli magát, akkor szó szerint lehengerel, elüt mint a tehervonat!😍 És hogy ő miért olyan amilyen? Mert a szerencsejáték-függő apja érzelmileg tönkretette. Aurora pedig az a lány, aki csinos és szép, minden pasi meg akarja kapni, neki pedig ez az egész csak egy önbizalom löket. Arra van szüksége, hogy figyelmet kapjon. Hogy szeressék. Hogy törődjenek vele. És ha ezt csak sz€x árán kapja meg? Hát őt aztán ez cseppet sem érdekli. Miért? Mert nem kapta meg az apjától az a törődést, szeretetet és figyelmet, amire egy gyermeknek szüksége van, így abban a hitben él, hogy a kirívó viselkedés a kulcs. A Wildfire ezt a két érzelmileg sérült fiatal felnőttet gyúrja össze, és az ő lassan kialakuló szerelmüket egymás iránt. Ami engem ebben a könyvben végérvényesen bebiztosított az az, hogy utálom a slowburn románcokat😂 Ennek ellenére kedveltem ezt a könyvet. Nagyon tetszik, hogy az írónő csontig hatolóan jól be tudja mutatni a fiatalok problémáit. Hannah Grace tökéletesen papírra vetette a családi traumákat, az egész cselekményt és imádom a karakterek fejlődését!
