Компромисса между совестью и алчностью может и не быть, как может не быть совести. [Как у тех, кто звонит по вайберу, представляется капитаном полиции и пытается развести на бабло - о наболевшем, лирика😅] Если деньги не спят, но спит совесть. Но не у всех. У Сета Дэвиса ( #GiovanniRibisi), главного героя этого фильма, она была. Будучи сыном федерального судьи и имея с отцом, человеком жёстким, непростые отношения, Сет разочаровал его окончательно: бросил колледж и устроил в своём доме подпольное казино для студентов. Дела шли неплохо, однако желание "не опозорить отца" было первично. Поэтому когда однажды в казино зашёл брокер из компании "JT Marlin" и зазвал Сета попробовать себя в зарабатывании миллионов, тот был не прочь. Когда фирма заканчивает накачивать акции, ее основатели продают и обменивают законные акции с рекордной прибылью. Однако инвесторам некому будет продать свои акции на рынке, когда цена акций резко упадет, в результате чего они потеряют свои инвестиции. Так разорился небогатый Гарри Рейнард ( #TaylorNichols), вложивший деньги на покупку дома в акции-пустышки. Клиент Сета (см.③) А тут и ФБР у Сета на хвосте... А говорили: будь крутым! Сет и был, а ещё ушлым был и даже немножко порядочным. Так что в "бойлерной" не сварился.

Probablemente Erle Stanley Gardner no pensó en la trascendencia que pudiera tener "Perry Mason", la obra que le otorgó cierta popularidad entre un público anglosajón, 'máxime' cuando relataba las pericias de un detective de 1932 que desarrollaba su acción en la árida ciudad de Los Ángeles. Muchas han sido las producciones que, inspiradas en el personaje, han sido lanzadas a la pequeña y a la gran pantalla. Sin embargo, la ficción serializada que comenzó sus andaduras en 2020 en la plataforma de 'streaming', HBO Max, "Perry Mason" tiene algo que destaca en especial: la fotografía de Darran Tiernan conocido por sus trabajos en "Westworld", "American Gods" o "The Hunt". Su trabajo que emula a la perfección el decenio de los treinta que juega con esos claro-oscuros de la iluminación al estilo "gangster" y cine negro y la ambientación son una una delicia para la vista. •Jurassic Park 3 (2001)• Jurassic Park 3 is mediocre. Its rescue narrative is basic but fine. The deception twist is fair. Yet, beyond that, the script is lame. Grant's motivation is void and cliche. The Kirbys are unlikeable and inappropriate protagonists. Billy is bland, the mercenaries are generic, and Eric's survival is way too easy. Meanwhile, there's no antagonist, there are no arcs, character choices are idiotic, plot points are contrived, and the ending is deus ex machina. Thus, Jurassic Park 3 devolves into a series of manufactured chases that have no emotional weight, thematic relevance, or payoff. Ultimately, this is Jurassic Park at its shallowest.
