Planche à voile : Tristan, Ulysse, Ewenn, Enzo Wing Foil : Timothée, Rose et Malo 🏆 Malgré des conditions ventées de 20 à 30 nœuds (moyenne de 25 nœuds), ils ont enchaîné sept manches lors de ce championnat régional ensoleillé. ☀️ 💪 C’était un vrai défi physique, avec quelques abandons sur les dernières manches, mais OCEAN a brillamment résisté pour se classer juste derrière PNH. Feature 5/8: ⚠️ 𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘀 🚨 Be a guardian for your neighbourhood. Use the CSFN app to report trash and illegal dumps that require an extra hand and are very hard to remove. Use the "alerts"❗️ function so that other users and public authorities know where to clean. Once the alert is solved, it transforms into a cleanup! ⚠️➡️🌲 Have you ever used the "alert" function?
Over 660 students from Rhodes island attended our educational program during All For Blue's first visit to Rhodes in 2024. The students once again impressed us with their knowledge and inquisitive minds. After completing the theoretical aspect, we took action in the field. With the assistance of the Experimental Primary Schools of Rhodes, we cleaned the beach next to the city's aquarium. 😀 Students and teachers gathered 44 kg of waste, primarily single-use plastics and aluminum. Again, we paid due attention to weird objects littering the shore. Last Friday, on World Water Day, our client @GROHE and @teamocean2025 announced that they are joining forces to increase 'aquawareness' . Water scarcity is an increasing problem, and more awareness must be created to motivate people to change their behavior: previous research conducted by GROHE already showed that 40% of Dutch people knows too little about how they can contribute to water savings. GROHE Team Ocean will undertake two challenging rowing expeditions to draw attention to water scarcity. During the trip they will make their own drinking water from the sea and live with a minimum amount of 8 liters of water per person per day. GROHE is already committed to innovations in water management, to help people use water more sustainably. Together with Team Ocean, they hope to inspire and motivate people with their shared mission. On the 22nd of march, Wilco van Rooijen from GROHE Team Ocean was featured at Omroep Max to tell more about the mission. 🌊 Gros week-end de compétition chez OCEAN ! 🌟 ⛵️ Niels, entraîneur du club dériveur, est parti avec l’équipe du club dériveur au lac des Deux Amants à Lery-Poses pour une régate de ligue. Avec des supports variés tels que le 420, l’Optimist et le Dériveur, et des conditions musclées, c’était une compétition palpitante ! 🏄🏼♂️ Pendant ce temps, l’équipe du Fun Board est partie vers le pôle nautique de la Hague ce dimanche, pour la première compétition de l’année : le championnat de ligue de Normandie R1 en Windsurf Slalom. De l’action et de la vitesse étaient au programme. 💨 🚀 Victor est parti pour le Grand Prix Standard en Char à Voile de Camiers, dans les Hauts-de-France. Malgré des conditions musclées, il a montré une détermination sans faille et a tout donné sur le sable ! Even when we cannot meet face-to-face, we adapt by using technology to continue hosting our All For Blue seminars online! 🌐 Last Wednesday, on February 28 2024, nine secondary schools took part in our environmental awareness seminar. A total of 750 students, along with their teachers, eagerly attended the session.Six schools from Rhodes were connected, as they have been involved in the TUI Junior Academy program by All For Blue, which runs in Rhodes island since September 2023. 🙌 During the seminar, students delved into the topic of ocean pollution, particularly its impact on marine life and humans, with a focus on single-use plastics. They also had the chance to ask questions about sharks to All For Blue’s founder, Katerina Topouzoglou. Some students even expressed interest in starting local volunteer groups at their respective schools.
